Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Construction Of Forestry Carbon Sequestration Benefit Sharing In Heilongjiang Province Based On Evolutionary Game

With the increasing concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere,the ecological role of forests in coping with climate change has gradually received the attention and attention of the international community.As a responsible big country,China has always attached importance to the realization of the ecological benefits of forestry carbon sinks and strives to expand the social benefits of forestry carbon sinks.Heilongjiang Province is rich in forest resources and has a unique natural resource base for developing forestry carbon sinks.This paper takes the status quo of forestry carbon sink development in Heilongjiang Province as the starting point,analyzes the factors restricting the development of forestry carbon sink in Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the influencing factors of forestry carbon sink benefit sharing in Heilongjiang Province,and proposes the benefits of forestry carbon sink benefits.The specific countermeasures and measures for the construction of the shared body to promote the sustainable development of forestry carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province.First,the article outlines the current status of forestry carbon sink development in Heilongjiang Province and analyzes the constraints that exist in the development of forestry carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province.The growth trend of forest carbon sink reserves in Heilongjiang Province is obvious,which provides a natural resource advantage for the development of forestry carbon sinks.However,the supply of forestry carbon sinks is relatively simple and the institutional system is relatively unsound,which restricts the development of forestry carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province.The lack of forestry carbon sinks and benefits sharing has made the development potential of forestry carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province not fully stimulated.Secondly,the article systematically analyzes the behavioral characteristics of forestry carbon sink stakeholders in Heilongjiang Province,and on this basis,uses the evolutionary game model to analyze the game equilibrium strategy and its evolution path of government and forestry operators,in order to analyze Heilongjiang forestry in depth.The influencing factors of the construction of carbon sink benefit sharing.Finally,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of forestry carbon sink benefit sharing,this paper puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures to promote the construction of forestry carbon sink benefit sharing,including establishing an effective forest carbon sink promotion system and improving Heilongjiang Province.The forestry carbon sink market will improve the loan guarantee mechanism of forestry carbon sink projects and improve the social responsibility of forestry operators to fully realize the ecological,social and economic benefits of forestry carbon sinks and promote the sustainable development of forestry carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province.
