As the type of tree species used to wall off windstorms and immobilize sands,salix gordejevii(Y.L.Chang et Skv.)has high research value in the aspects of genetic resources and ecological resources.This paper took salix gordejevii as the study object,and analyzed the research progress made on salix gordejevii based on the information platform CNKI.Besides,69 salix gordejevii individuals were picked from the germplasm resources bank at the Academy of Forestry in Inner Mongolia as the experiment material,then SSR molecular marker technology was adopted and 18 pairs of SSR primers with polymorphism were selected,and capillary electrophoresis was used to test the SSR-PCR outcome,and also,the genetic diversity and structure of the salix gordejevii population were analyzed,in a bid to provide theoretic basis for the improvement on the germplasm resources bank of salix gordejevii,clonal verification,selective breeding of the fine breeds,genetic improvement and establishment of the fingerprint of salix gordejevii.The results showed that:(1)A total of 145 alleles were detected.The average number of alleles per locus(Na)was 8,and the total number of(G),polymorphic bands(Gi)of the total amplified bands was 1206 and 222.The average number of alleles per locus was 8,and the total number of polymorphic bands(G1)of the amplified bands was 1206 and 222 respectively.The PIC was 0.51.The specific genotype ratio(Pi)and germplasm discrimination rate(P2)were 18.38%and 3.70%,respectively.(2)the average number of(Na),effective alleles in four populations was(Ne),.The observed heterozygosity(Ho)and expected heterozygosity(He)were 5.042,2.859,0.350 and 0.535,respectively.(3)the genetic differentiation coefficient of Salix willow population was 0.035.The genetic variation of Salix willow population came from three-dimensional principal coordinates(100%).(4).Three-dimensional principal coordinate analysis,cluster and structure analysis showed that 4 populations were divided into 2 groups.Mantel test showed significant correlation of salix gordjevii genetic distance and geographic distance(r=0.42,P<0.01).
