Preparation Of A Forest Management Plan

The forest management plan is for the forest management,in order to manage the forest scientifieally,reasonably and orderly,give full play to the ecologieal,economic and social benefits of the forest,and cultivate,protect and utilize the forest according to the state of forest resources and social,economic and natural conditions.Medium and long-term planning,as well as planning and design of production sequence and operational utilization measures;is an important basis for forest management entities and forestry authorities to manage forests.The paper takes the Huangfushan Forest Farm in Zhangzhou City as the research object,and analyzes the current status,existing problems and operating conditions of the forest resources based on the latest forest resources survey results.Based on this,it is based on the national forestry related policies.The technical regulations for the preparation of forest management plan,put forward the guiding ideology and management objectives of the forest management plan of Huangflushan Forest Farm,and carried out forest function and classification zoning,forest management type division,forest cultivation planning,forest harvesting planning,etc.The main results are as follows:(1)The guiding ideology of the forest management plan of Huangfushan Forest Farm is:"Based on the spirit of Xi Jinping's series of speeches,based on the theory of sustainable forest management,aiming at cultivating healthy,stable and efficient forest ecosystems,and strengthening the infrastructure construction of forest farms as a promoter We will vigorously promote forest protection and cultivation,biodiversity conservation,forest tourism,and forestry economy,and eventually build forest farms into state-owned forest farms with a focus on natural resources conservation and forest recreation.(2)The whole site is divided into six functional areas,including Huangflishan Nature Reserve,Daliu Branch Large Diameter and Precious Tree Breeding Area,and Changshan Substation Large Diameter Material Breeding Area.(3)A total of 20 forest management types were divided into the whole field,and key technologies such as breeding objectives,main tree species,management cycle,forest land selection,afforestation technology,forest tending,harvesting and updating were designed.(4)During the managerial period,the total area of forest tending was 4104hm2,including:1228 hm2 of Pinus massoniana;74 hm2 of Chinese fir;1236 hm2 of external pine;1521 hm2 of hard broad-leaved forest;45 hm 2 of soft broad-leaved forest.(5)During the manager's period,the total volume of harvested trees was 56,090 m3,including:24,124 m3 of masson pine,13547 m3 of exogenous pine,13056 m3 of hard and wide,209 m3 of poplar,and 5,154 m3 of Chinese fir.(6)During the managerial period,the development of Paralysis energy forest 1000hm2,thin shell pecan wood oil forest 200hm2;designed the key technologies of two forest species afforestation.
