Cryptosporidium and Enterocytozoon bieneusi are common parasitic protozoa that can be transmitted and infected by food sources,and are widely parasitic in the respiratory tract of various animals and humans.In the digestive tract,severe diarrhea is a typical symptom,which can cause self-limiting diarrhea in most people,and can cause serious damage or even death for immunodcficient hosts.Collecting 412 fresh fecal samples from dogs from Kaifeng's pet hospitals,dog markets and kennels.The first two types of pathogens were detected by nested PCR and sequencing methods for genotype and Identification of species;comparison of differences in positive rates of companion animals of different ages.The results showed that the infection rates of Cryptosporidium and Enterocytozoon bieneusi in dogs 0.2%(1/412)and 31.8%(131/412)were significantly different(P<0.01).The age of dogs showed that the two pathogens were young.The mixed infection rate of dogs36.5%(62/170)was significantly higher than(0.01<P<0.05)that of adult 27.9%(50/179)and older dogs 30.2%(1 9/63).The female infection rate 30.5%(54/177)and the male infection rate 33.6%(77/235)of different sexes were not significantly different(P>0.05)between the two;indicating that these two insects are prone to invade dogs with incomplete development of immunity.Nested PCR and species identification showed that the positive worms detected in canine feces samples were C.canis type;the genotype identification results showed that the microtypes of Pichia pastoris positive in dog breeds were respectively PtEb ?,YAP11,CRBGPB77,XD-9 genotypes,of which PtEb ? is the dominant genotype;since the C.canis and P.sinensis PtEb ??CD9?CD7?Henan ? and NEC1 genotypes are Can infect human pathogens.The mixed infection rate of Cryptosporidium and Enterocytozoon bieneusi in Kaifeng area is very high.There are safety hazards in human and animal animals.A comprehensive control measures are formulated.For water source transmission,Cryptosporidium oocysts should be included in surface water.In the monitoring,research and development of good monitoring equipment;for vulnerable groups with low immunity,should try to avoid contact with the source of infection,take a reliable way to improve their immunity;for the already affected group,should actively implement treatment,research and development more effective new Drugs,killing them in the bud;at he same time we should actively develop vaccines to prevent immune predisposition to healthy susceptible groups in advance,and control their spread from all aspects.
