As an agricultural country,China's mechanization of field operation is an inevitable development process,which can save labor force and improve economic efficiency.Nowadays,people start to use corn combine harvester at the beginning of autumn harvest,but most of the corn combine harvester in our country only has the function of corn,the bracts of corn will be eliminated directly,and the final treatment of corn bracts will be incinerated,which not only wastes resources,but also pollutes the environment.Even though some of the corn combine harvester has the function of bract crushing,but due to the different moisture content of maize harvest in different parts of China,it caused the blockage of the agricultural machinery due to the large size of the crushing section after the crushing of the bracts.In order to solve the larger problem of comminuted segment,the research and experiment of the corn bract pulverizer was carried out,and the crushing effect of the bracts was improved.In order to solve the larger problem of the crush segment,this paper firstly analyzed the theoretical analysis of the corn husk stripping device,and realized its working principle and the path of the bracts.On this basis,the corn bracts pulverizing device was designed,which was mainly composed of crushing roller,crushing blade,transmission shaft,bearing seat,flange,pulley and crushing box body.The device is compact,simple and easy to feed,and can adapt to the various feeding conditions of corn bracts after peeling,and the sawtooth blade has good crushing performance,which can effectively solve the larger problem of crushing.In this paper,the kinematics and dynamics simulation of corn bract pulverizer was carried out using ADAMS simulation software,and the simulation results showed that when the grinding drum of corn bracts and maize bracts were in contact,the pulverized blade of the crushing roller was first cut,and then the crushing blade on the box body and the crushing blade in the crushing roller were cut together.In the process of crushing,the maize bracts had the phenomenon of pulsation,turning and slippage.In this paper,the influence factors of maize bracts were tested on the integrated test platform of corn bracts and corn bracts,including single factor test,orthogonal experiment,and multiple corn experiments,and optimized the parameters of the corn bracts pulverizing device,and the following results were obtained through various experiments:(1)Through the test of single factor of crushing drum speed,the inflence law of pulverizing drum speed on the crushing effect of corn bracts was studied.The test results showed that the grinding drum speed was 1300r/min,and the crushing rate of the corn bracts was 95%,that is,the highest pass rate was the highest,and the crushing effect of corn bracts was the best.(2)According to the orthogonal test of 3 factor 3 level,it is concluded that the speed of the grinding drum has a significant influence on the crush rate of the corn bracts,and the three factors that influence the crushing rate of the corn bracts are:the rotation speed of the drum,the location of the corn bracts crushing device and the Angle of the corn bracts crushing device.(3)Through several corn experiments,simulated the bracts of bracts in the field of maize bract pulverization,and tested the adaptability and actual performance of the corn bract pulverizing device.Through experiments,it was concluded that the pass rate of corn bracts was decreased with the increase of the number of crushed corn bracts.(4)Through the high-speed photography test,the contact information of the blade and the corn bracts were observed and the pulverized motion process was summarized.Through experiments:after the corn husks are entering corn husks crushing device,due to the high speed of grinding roller,the corn husks movement with the drive,the corn husks are cutted by crushing blade firstly,and then cutted by the moving blades and shim blades together,with the moving of crushing rollcorn,the corn husks are crushed over and over,finally the crushing process is complete.With the increase of the grinding drum speed,the time of the crushing of the corn bracts has been shortened and the success rate has been increased.
