With the continuous advancement of the large-scale agricultural machinery equipment modernization in our country,the large-scale agricultural machinery is developing in the direction of intelligence,automation and precision,making it difficult to identify and diagnose faults.The traditional passive service mode is inefficient and high cost,namely the vehicle is repaired by qualified technicians after a fault occurs and it cannot cope with the short-term large-scale maintenance need.Therefore,the real-time monitoring of large-scale agricultural machinery,fault early warning and remote fault diagnosis have become the urgent demand of enterprises.In addition,how to effectively monitor and manage the large-scale agricultural machinery on a rental basis and how to control marketing risk are also urgent problems to be solved for enterprises.Aiming at the practical problems faced by enterprises,this paper designs a large-scale agricultural vehicle on-board monitoring terminal,which can integrate the functions of real-time collection of large-scale agricultural vehicle operating status information,position acquisition,wireless transmission,vehicle remote control and remote maintenance,taking the STM32F103 processor as the core,using the BDS/GPS dual-mode positioning technology,CAN bus communication technology,GPRS wireless transmission technology and storage technology.The main research content includes:(1)According to the previous market survey of agricultural machinery companies and the status quo of the existing agricultural vehicle terminal equipment,the analysis of demands for large-scale agricultural vehicle on-board monitoring terminals is completed.(2)Based on the analysis of demands,the overall hardware design of the vehicle terminal is firstly carried out and the detailed design of the circuit of the terminal hardware is performed,mainly including the BDS/GPS module circuit,and the CAN bus communication module circuit,voltage acquisition circuit,data storage module circuit,GPRS wireless communication module circuit.(3)Development of software functions,including the design of the software's overall framework and the implementation of various functional modules.Software-implemented functions include:location data,alarm data,fault information,vehicle operation data collection,storage,wireless transmission,abnomality detection,vehicle remote control and terminal anti-dismantle,terminal remote wireless upgrade.(4)Test.Firstly,each module is tested separately.After cooperating with remote monitoring server,integrated testing is performed.Finally,the designed terminal is installed in the corresponding monitoring position of the agricultural machine to conduct field tests.The vehicle integrated terminal designed in this paper has been implemented in the actual product.The operation status is stable and it can well meet demands of agricultural machinery enterprises for real-time monitoring of large agricultural vehicles.
