| The development of low-hill slope land is an important measure to ensure the red line.We will further strengthen the development of low-rise and low-rise slopes,make up the balance of the total amount of arable land,promote rapid economic development and improve the quality of people’s lives.Under the precondition of protecting and improving the ecological environment,the development of low-mound slope is actively promoted.Through the land formation,the improvement of farmland and farmland water conservancy facilities and other measures,effectively replenishing the cultivated land,ensuring that the amount of arable land within the planning acope is not reduced and the quality is not reduced.Based on the collected data,on the basis of field investigation,using the method of investigation,method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,and Daoxian in Hunan Province,ten thousand mu of paddy field development project as an example,from the low hills gentle slope farmland water conservancy project planning and design system,this paper expounds the content objectives and principles of the design of the earth’s slow slope development.And based on the ten thousand mu development project area in Daoxian for this research project,and to prpject the natural economic condition and land use status quo investigation as the foundation,emphatically analyzes the low hills gentles slope development the main content the through research to the project planning and design.The main conclutions are as follows.1.Restricting factors of development planning and design of low hills gentle slope are mainly concentrated in the fragile natural environment,scale and design cost is large,arable land in the task of dynamic balance,and serious of the four aspects of land fragmentation.Hilly land reclamation planning and design should be on the premise of ecological environment protection,with an emphasis on soil erosion control,by means of high standard basis farmland construction,in order to slove the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers as the ultimate goal,finally realizes the economic benefit and social benefit and ecological benefit and win-win.2.This paper takes Daoxian as the project area to carry out the development planning of low hill slope.And the economic benefit is mainly obtained by newly added cultivated land.Social benefits mainly embodies in improving the comprehensive production capacity of hilly land,promoted the economical and intensive utilization of land,improve the farmers’ income,improve the rural situation,to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has played a positive role in hilly mountain.Ecological benefit in through to the hilly land reclamation planning and design,to prevent soil erosion,makes inefficient and original ecosystem,present a virtuous cycle of agriculture ecosystem.The project achieves the unity of social benefit and economic benefit and ecological benefit.3.Through the study on development planning and design of low hill slope,this paper summarizes the problems of land use in hilly mountainous areas,and the key content of the design of low-hill alope development is obtained.4.In this paper,from macro to micro,mild slope of low hill development of researches in planning and design,through from the global to the concrete research,each step is linked together,said scheme and corresponding evaluation result is feasibility and sustainability.And this paper provides a reference for the development of low-hill slope development,and provides an empirical basis and practical reference for further perfect related research,and also realizes the sustainable development of regional ecological environment. |
