Although the research on the utilization of waste resources in animal raising has been studied for a long time in China,some extensive composting methods are commonly used for sheep manure.There are a lots of weaknesses,such as the long time for composting,the lower degree of decay,and a large number of harmful pathogens,in order to solve these problems,the compost parameters were optimized by adding chicken manure,corn straw or by physical and chemical conditions such as feeding method,pH,filling frequency and water content.The effect of the compost on crop growth was observed by cultivation of small rape.The aim is to find an optimal composting method for sheep manure so that the resulting product can be used as an effective crop cultivation matrix fertilizer.The main results are as follows:1.We used sheep manure as raw material to optimize the temperature,moisture content,pH,germination seed index and other during the composting pile of grazing and captive-bred sheep manure using aerobic composting.The results showed that the temperature in the composts grazing style reached its maximum value of 56?and 55?respectively in the fourth day,and their high temperature over 50?maintained for 8 day during composting.After composing,The TN content in the compost with the composts of grazing style sheep manure was 3.00%.Total nitrogen?TN?content in all composts was2.00%3.00%.The C/N?the ratio of the C/N at the end of composting to that at the beginning?in all composts were fitted with the maturity standard of sheep manure compost?C/N<20?.The organic carbon in all composts was 30%35%,fitted the national standard of fertilizer?NY525-2012?,and didn't present significant differences between the composts.The germination index?IG?of corn was over 60%in the 24th day during composting for the composts with the composts of grazing style sheep manure,while for the other composts over 28 days were spent.Comprehensively,the composts of grazing style sheep manure was more benefit to the aerobic composting of sheep manure.2.The aerobic composting of chicken manure,corn straw and sheep dung by natural ventilation and artificial overturning was completed.Three groups T1?sheep dung:corn straw=4:1?,T2?sheep dung:chicken dung=4:1?and T3?sheep dung=1?were set up.By measuring the temperature,water content,pH value,other indicators in the composting process,the effects of different accessories on the sheep manure composting were investigated.The results showed that the all of the three composting products met the National agricultural standard.The effect of different accessories on compost was obvious.At the end of the composting,the seed germination rates of T1,T2,T3,were 85%,90%and 90%,respectively.The effect of adding chicken manure piles was better than that of adding corn stalks.3.In order to optimize the process conditions of sheep manure composting with high efficiency and obtain the best composting scheme,aerobic composting technology was used to conduct aerobic composting of sheep manure in Damao banner,Inner Mongolia.In the process of composting,three factors and three levels of orthogonal optimal composting test L9?34?were conducted with the temperature,pH,moisture content of the heap,the change of seed germination index?GI?and the degradation rate of organic matter as test indicators.The results showed that composting reached high temperature stage?>50??in 24d and sustained 57d under the condition of the average temperature of15?17?.The germination index of the treated seeds reached more than 75%after heaping.The rank of the factors influencing organics degradation was C/N ratio,water content and turning frequency.Meanwhile,the optimal composting conditions are as follows:C/N ratio is 20,water content is 60%,and turning frequency is once every two days.4.The optimized sheep manure,garden soil and sand soil were prepared into 7 kinds of cultivation matrix according to different proportions.These 7 kinds of cultivation matrix were used to investigate the influence of the sheep manure compost products on the growth of small rape and screened optimal compost products.The experimental results showed that the different culture matrix can affect the growth of small rape significantly.We used the index of seedling rate,dry fresh weight and leaf area of the upper and lower parts of small rape to evaluate the composting sheep manure.Small rape grows best with culture matrix:compost:garden soil:sand soil is 3:7:1.The small rape grows worst in control groups without any sheep manure.As mentioned above,we optimized the ratio of the chicken manure,corn straw and sheep manure,the pH,the frequency of overturning,and the water content in the composting process,and compared sheep manure composting effect with the captive raising and sheep grazing.We found that adding culture matrix can effectively promote the growth and development of small rape.The results show that the optimized sheep manure compost product can be used as an excellent substrate for plant growth.
