Weeding is an essential part of rice production.Aiming at the current situation of China's agricultural population aging and rural hollowing out,the robot weeding method is more conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture than the chemical weeding method,and it is the trend of future weeding technology development.Weeding in stamping mode uses robots to reciprocate between rows to trample,cut,and bury the weeds.At the same time,the muddy mud generated by the robots moves,inhibits the photosynthesis of weeds in the water,and covers the weeds between the plants after deposition,destroying the weeds.The environment is grown to eliminate the inter-row and inter-plant weeds.The parameters of the robot have a great influence on the weeding effect.Optimizing the structure of the stepping weeding robot and evaluating its weeding effect can provide a basis for the design of the robot,which has important application significance.Based on the analysis of the research status of weeding robots at home and abroad,this paper firstly optimizes the structure for the problems of the first generation of weeding robots in stamping mode;then establishes the finite element model of the weeding process,including the finite element model of the robot.The finite element model of paddy soil was studied.The dynamic behavior between soil and water during the pedaling process and the fluid-solid coupling characteristics were studied.The evaluation method of weeding performance in paddy field was analyzed.The moving speed,anteversion angle and depth of the water layer were simulated.The impact of performance;based on the above research,and proved the correctness of the analysis results through experiments.The research results show that increasing the grounding area,reducing the weight and lowering the center of gravity can solve the problem of robot slip,subsidence and rollover;the speed of the robot and the thickness of the water layer are positively correlated with the weeding effect,the speed of movement and the thickness of the water layer are increased,and the weeding effect is more Well,the anteversion angle is negatively correlated with the weeding effect,the anteversion angle is reduced,and the weeding effect is better.This study provides an effective basis for the design of robots working in paddy field.
