In the crop planting process,due to the excessive application of chemical pesticides,the resistance of soil pests and weeds is becoming stronger and stronger.Chemical pesticides have great pollution to the groundwater resources,which affect the health of the human body.Therefore,the physical(flame)disinsection and herbicidal method came into being.At the same time,by combining the rotary tillage function with the physical(flame)disinsection and herbicidal function,the high temperature burning deep soil could effectively kill the soil diseases and insect pests and the stubborn weeds.It has proved that this method can eliminate the residue of chemical pesticides in soil,restore the soil quality in the beginning,and have long-term benefits to the planting of the subsequent crops.The physical(flame)disinsection and herbicidal method is not only beneficial to the protection of the ecological environment,but also increased the crop production and farmers income.At last,the sustainable development of agricultural cultivation is promoted.The design of flame microplowing machine was based on the self walking precision rotary soil flame killing machine developed by Anhui Yuanda Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd..According to the various defects raised by the farmers and the field investigation,the design project was carried out.In this project,the scheme of flame weeding microplowing machine is described in detail.The main research results were as followings:1.First of all,analyze the rotary cutter trajectory in the process of work,and a rectangular rotary knife was designed according to the topic of micro tillage machine necessary requirements.Second,the force effect on soil on the blade were analyzed to achieve the aim of minimum energy loss.At the same time,in order to optimize the rotary tillage blade,a mathematical model between rotary knife cutting force the grave and the required energy was established by optimizing the geometrical parameters of force on the blade.2.Through the finite element analysis software for rotary tillage blade,rotary tillage cutter shaft statics analysis,draw the conclusions: the shaft of rotary tillage is prone to deformation and fracture at the fixed position of machine;the blade of rotary cultivator is easy to damage,followed by side cutting edge.3.By modal analysis on the rotary knife roller,the maximum speed of the output of the knife roller is 200 r/min,H = 3.33 HZ.It is lower than the first inherent frequency of rotary tiller roller 27.624 HZ.The maximum frequency of the machine did not coincide with the minimum natural frequency of the roller,and the resonance phenomenon did not occur.4.Rotary knife roller cutting soil simulation,the change of cutting force in line with the actual working condition,cutting power consumption and power consumption value was derived in the fourth chapter basically consistent,the cutting model is used to estimate the power consumption of the micro tillage machine.5.By comparing different soil moisture content and different rotary tillage treatment methods,the herbicidal rate reached above 95% and the insecticidal rate reached 97.7% according to the field test of flame micro-tillage machine.
