Abstract/Summary:
Cultivated land is an important production factor for human production and life.At present,there is a contradiction between human and land in China.Although the protection of cultivated land has always been concerned,due to the contradiction between man and land and social development,cultivated land is still facing the crisis of being occupied,damaged,transformed,and abandoned.Arable land protection needs more effective and powerful means.The cultivated land protection of the quantity,quality and ecology is the enrichment and sublimation of the cultivated land protection theoretical system,and is an important basis and prerequisite for the zoning control of cultivated land.Taking the central plain area of Liaoning Province as an example,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of the quantity,quality and ecological of cultivated land resources based on spatial autocorrelation analysis method and divides the protection zones based on spatial features.The research process can provide theoretical and methodological reference for the protection of the trinity of cultivated land resources.Research indicates:The density of cultivated land reflects the amount of cultivated land in the area.On the whole,the areas with higher density of cultivated land are located in the central and northwestern parts of the central plain of Liaoning Province,while the areas with less cultivated land density are often close to the sides.The comprehensive quality index of cultivated land reflects the natural quality and economic utilization of cultivated land.Most of the agricultural land in the central plain of Liaoning Province is a good quality farmland,but lacking real high-level farmland,the central region is generally better than the cultivated land in the surrounding area.Comparing and analyzing the quantity of cultivated land and the quality of cultivated land,the areas with higher comprehensive quality index of cultivated land have more overlap with the areas with higher density of cultivated land,and most of the cultivated land in agriculture-based areas has been fully developed and utilized.The ecological security index of cultivated land landscape reflects the ecological characteristics and landscape safety of cultivated land.The spatial distribution of high-value areas and low-value areas of cultivated land landscape ecological security index is scattered,but in general,the landscape ecological security of northwest and southern areas is higher than that of central areas.Carrying out the spatial pattern analysis of cultivated land can reveal the agglomeration or discrete law of the spatial distribution of cultivated land.From the results of the analysis of the quantity,quality and ecological spatial autocorrelation analysis of cultivated land,it can be seen from each autocorrelation type of the three attributes occupies a different proportion.Therefore,the spatial agglomeration of the three attributes is different.The order of quantity,quality and ecological special concentration from high to low is: the quantity of cultivated land,the quality of cultivated land,and the ecology of cultivated land.The spatial agglomeration of cultivated land in the plain area is at a high level,and the high-density gathering area is concentrated in the central part of the plain area,which is the main agricultural area in the plain area.The low-density gathering area is distributed in the belt around the southern part of the plain area.The spatial agglomeration level of cultivated land quality in the region is generally,the high quality agglomeration area is concentrated in the central area of the plain area,and the low quality accumulation area is in a small area in the west and south of the plain area.The spatial agglomeration characteristics of cultivated land ecological conditions are poor,and there are few regions with positive correlation types.Most regions are still in a state of low ecological conditions,fragile landscape ecology,and no obvious spatial distribution pattern.Based on the results of spatial autocorrelation analysis of the quantity,quality and ecology of cultivated land in the central plain of Liaoning Province,this study will superimpose and comprehensively partition the local spatial autocorrelation type of cultivated land quantity,quality and ecological in study area.This study has designated the central plain area of Liaoning Province as four primary protection areas: key protected areas,active protected areas,general protected areas and regulated protected areas.According to different combinations of different autocorrelation types of cultivated land quantity,quality and ecological conditions,the key protected areas can be divided into core protected areas,advantageous protected areas and focused protected areas.Active protected areas can be divided into potential protected areas,restricted protected areas and moderately protected areas.General protected areas can be divided into comprehensive remediation areas,general remediation areas and focused improvement areas.This zoning method is conducive to the protection of cultivated land according to local conditions for the spatial characteristics of different regions.This study selects the factors that affect the spatial characteristics of cultivated land from the aspects of nature,man-made and environment.Through principal component analysis,the main driving factors for the quantity,quality and ecological spatial characteristics of cultivated land are obtained.The main influencing factors of the quantity,quality and ecological spatial characteristics of cultivated land are different.The spatial distribution of cultivated land quantity is mainly affected by soil and water conditions,external environment and human factors;The spatial distribution of cultivated land quality is mainly affected by soil conditions,ecological conditions and infrastructure.The spatial characteristics of cultivated land ecology are mainly affected by four driving factors: contiguous degree,non-agricultural vegetation coverage,topographic position index and irrigation guarantee rate.In the protection of cultivated land,the balance between cultivated land and ecology should be fully considered to formulate a protection plan tailored to local conditions.
