At present, greenhouses are one of the main farming methods in the northern region. However,in the production of vegetable greenhouses, the application of chemical fertilizers has led to problems such as soil acidification and crop yield reduction. This experiment is aimed at these problems.Under the solar greenhouse conditions in the cold regions of Northeast China, using cucumber as the material, using potted methods, exploring the way of application chemical fertilizer and cow manure.Under the same nitrogen application conditions, the effects of different fertilizers and cow manure on the yield, quality and nitrogen use efficiency of cucumber were compared. The results are as follows:?1?Under the same nitrogen application, the yield of cucumber was the highest when it was treated with M60C40,which was 810.6 g/plant,which was 31.8%higher than that of single-fertilizer treatment. The rational application of chemical fertilizer and cow manure could increase cucumber yield.?2?In the case of the same nitrogen application, the rational application of chemical fertilizer and cow manure can improve the content of vitamin C in cucumber fruit and significantly reduce the content of nitrate in cucumber fruit.Cucumber fruit quality.M20C80treatment,the highest content of vitamin C in cucumber fruit was 8.15 mg·100g-1,and the content of nitrate was the lowest, which was 146.6 mg·kg-1.Compared with single fertilizer treatment, the vitamin C content in cucumber fruit increased by 45.8%.The nitrate content was reduced by 28.73%.?3?Under the same nitrogen application, the content of alkali nitrogen in the soil treated with single fertilizer decreased, and the content of alkali nitrogen in the soil treated with chemical fertilizer and cow manure decreased first and then increased.Although the content of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in soil decreased, the content of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in soil in the middle and late growth stages of cucumber decreased more slowly than that in single fertilizer treatment.During this period, more nitrogen was provided for the growth of cucumber, and the rational application of organic fertilizer and fertilizer had stronger nitrogen supply capacity.?4?Under the same nitrogen application, the M60C40 treatment was 55.9 kg·kg-1 higher than the single fertilizer application, and the nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency was 55.91kg·kg-1,and the nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate was 6.86%.The other treatments had different nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity, nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate. The rational application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer could increase the nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity, nitrogen fertilizer agronomic efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate.?5?In the case of the same nitrogen application, the potential of organic fertilizer to replace chemical fertilizer is 30%?88%.The yield corresponding to different manure and fertilizer was used as the original data, and the polynomial fitting equation was established?y=-1159.8x2+1378.4x+304.92?.Substituting the chemical fertilizer to process the yield data, the cow manure organic fertilizer was replaced by chemical fertilizer. The potential for application.
