Study On The Configuration System Of Soil And Water Conservation Measures In Tongzi Reservoir Project Construction

Reservoir project is a type of development and construction project.It often has the characteristics of complex land occupation,large excavation disturbance area and long construction period.In the study of the application of soil and water conservation measures,summary and analysis of similar cases of different types of reservoirs.Taking Tongzi reservoir as the research object,research on soil erosion zoning,characteristics of soil and water loss,design of soil and water conservation measures and benefits of soil and water conservation in reservoir projects.The allocation system of water and soil conservation measures for reservoir project is summarized,the main results are as follows:1.The soil erosion prevention and control division is divided into seven subdivisions: reservoir inundation and affected area,hub dam engineering area,canal engineering area,construction production and living area,construction road area,waste slag area and material yard area.Soil erosion prevention implements the first-level standards in construction projects.Combined with the topography and construction disturbance characteristics of each control area,different prevention and control measures systems were formulated,temporary prevention measures,engineering measures and plant measures were arranged,and relevant soil and water conservation requirements were put forward.2.Soil erosion performances differently in different time periods and different parts of the project.The key soil erosion areas include the waste slag yard area,the road engineering area and the reservoir inundation area,respectively accounting for 28%,24% and 26% of the total loss;the key period is the construction period.3.The soil and water conservation measures in the reservoir project mainly include engineering measures,plant measures and temporary measures.The engineering measures are mainly used in the block protection engineering(such as retaining walls,silk cages,slope protection),flood control and drainage projects(such as intercepting drainage ditch,intercepting flood ditch,grit chamber),land remediation projects(such as leveling land,earth and stone excavation backfilling),and so on.Plant measures are mainly used for the restoration of vegetation on disturbed land,returning trees to forests,selecting suitable plants for restoration of greening according to local suitable tree species,and arable or reforesting according to the land occupation status.Temporary measures mainly involve temporary protection of topsoil during construction and temporary soil and water conservation at construction sites.4.Via the implementation of various soil and water conservation measures,the new soil erosion caused by engineering construction within the scope of water and soil conservation control is effectively managed.According to the analysis of the implementation effect of soil and water conservation measures,the land remediation rate in the project construction area can reach 99%,the total soil erosion control degree 97%,the waste slag slag rate 98%,the soil loss control ratio1.0,the vegetation restoration rate 100%,and the forest and grass coverage rate can reach 36%.
