Research On Competitiveness Evaluation System Of Forestry Listed Companies

Corporate competitiveness is a comprehensive ability to realize the value of the enterprise itself.When companies are taking part in the market competition,it helps companies develop their own resources and capabilities,seek externally available resources and integrate them with internal resources.Ultimately,it forms an important resource that can help companies stand in the competitive market.In recent years,China’s economic strength and overall national strength have continuously deepened,and the competitive pressures that companies are facing have also increased.The competitiveness of enterprises is not only a criterion for judging the financial status and operating results of a company,but also an important basis for investors to invest.Forestry is an important part of China’s national economy.Forestry enterprises are the main force in the construction of ecological civilization.So,research on competitiveness evaluation system of forestry listed companies is very important to enhance the competitiveness of forestry listed companies.This article uses a combination of normative research and applied research methods to establish a evaluation system of forestry listed company to evaluate the competitiveness of forestry listed companies.The first part introduces the research background,significance and research ideas and methods.The second part introduces the domestic and foreign research literature review on enterprise competitiveness,enterprise competition theory and competitiveness evaluation system,and reviews the domestic and foreign literature review.The third part introduces the relevant concepts of the forestry listed companies,the theoretical basis for the study of corporate competitiveness,and analyzes the influencing factors from the three aspects of resources,capabilities and knowledge.The fourth part introduces the current status of the competitiveness of listed forestry companies.Based on short-term viability,long-term growth ability,and development potential,it selects 28 representative indicators,such as fixed assets environmental protection investment,per capital biological assets,whether the company has a green development strategy,accounts receivable turnover rate,to establish an index system for evaluating the competitiveness of forestry listed companies,and selects Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the Evaluation Model of Forestry Listed Companies.The fifth part selects 39 forestry listed companies with forest assets as samples,based on the three-year report data from2014 to 2016,evaluates the comprehensive competitiveness of forestry enterprises.The sixth part proposes some suggestions for improving the competitiveness of listed forestry companies from the factors that affect the competitiveness of forestry listed companies.The seventh part summarizes the application results of the competitiveness evaluation system of forestry listed companies and the limitations and development prospects of this study.The innovation of this paper is less domestic literature researches on the evaluation system of forestry listed companies.Therefore,this paper uses AHP to construct the competitiveness evaluation system of forestry listed companies,and selects 39 forestry listed companies with forest assets as sample companies to conduct applied research.In this way,we can better understand the current level of competitiveness of forestry listed companies,find out the competitive advantage and competitive disadvantages of forestry listed companies,and put forward measures and suggestions that can help our forestry listed companies improve their competitiveness and lay the foundation for the development of forestry industry.
