Nowadays,agriculture is gradually combined with modern science and technology.Compared with the past,the use of a large amount of manpower to complete the quality inspection of farming has the problems of wasted manpower and material resources,poor real-time performance,and obtaining accurate operational data.The processing,analysis and analysis of the difficult situation,this paper gives a solution based on a variety of job information collection.This thesis takes the agricultural machinery operation quality monitoring and operation quality assessment as the research object,and uses the double inclination angle sensor combined with the agricultural machinery and landing gear to obtain the operation quality monitoring depth.The GPS positioning and time stamp information is used as the agricultural machinery trajectory information,combined with the grid scanning algorithm and the operation trajectory.The plot area algorithm obtains the job qualification rate and operation information,and can truly grasp the various situations of the agricultural machinery operation.Firstly,this thesis studies and analyzes the quality inspection methods of agricultural machinery.By studying the law of agricultural machinery and landing cultivating tools,this paper proposes to use the double tilt angle sensor with stm32 as the core to obtain the ploughing information of agricultural machinery operation state,analyze the suspension geometry,analyze and solve the non-horizontal ground state information acquisition,and carry out the measurement data.The experimental verification verified the feasibility of the method.Secondly,the intelligent agricultural data collection terminal was designed and developed.The terminal uses STM32F429 IG as the MCU,comprehensively considers the functional requirements and operating environment of data acquisition,and realizes the quality monitoring,data analysis,backup and upload of agricultural machinery;the hardware of the terminal includes: designing peripheral circuits of each module,interface conversion,overall layout,etc.Realize information acquisition,local backup and other functions;design software includes display module,processing module,etc.,to achieve data analysis,server upload communication and other functions.Finally,this thesis studies and analyzes the quality assessment methods for agricultural machinery.The method includes two parts: job quality detection,working area and missing area calculation.It mainly deals with the problem of large calculation error of traditional work quality evaluation method.This paper analyzes the trajectory of agricultural machinery and proposes processing methods such as segmentation,filtering and interpolation.Restore the trajectory of the agricultural machine operation interval,and then propose the calculation of the work area and the pass rate and the work trajectory block area algorithm based on Delaunay triangulation using the effective grid accumulation algorithm,and complete the calculation of the work area,the pass rate,and the missing arable area.The verification accuracy is high and meets the actual needs.
