Crawler self-propelled rotary tiller is one of the common mechanical equipment in the agricultural industry.Its transmission is the crucial part of power system,which determines the stability and reliability of the whole machine.During the working process of the rotary tiller,the force of the transmission is complicated,and internal gears and bearings of the gearbox are subject to the large load and much impact.The rigidity of the gears,the strength of the gears and the strength of the gearbox box affect the performance of transmission system.Meanwhile,the life of gears also determines the life cycle of equipment.Therefore,it is important to research gearbox optimization.In this paper,self-propelled rotary tiller gearbox is the research aim.Optimization of transmission model,life budget of gears and bearings,gearbox modal analysis and gear tooth profile optimization are presented.(1)Introduce the software of finite element simulation analysis for transmission system,and construct the transmission system model according to the existing gear box schematic diagram,lay the foundation for the next step analysis and optimization;(2)The dynamic analysis method of the transmission is used to analyze the gear carrying capacity of gears,drive shafts and bearings,and results are summarized.(3)Analyzed the rigidity and mode of the box of the transmission box,and avoid the deformation or even damage of the box due to the resonance phenomenon of the box and the insufficient strength of the external environment.(4)Finally,the gear tooth profile is optimized,in order to reduce the noise of the box,reduce the gear wear and prolong the service life of the rotary tiller gearbox.Through Finite element simulation analysis and optimization method,the performance of the tracked tiller transfer system will be improved,and this paper will provide a solid theoretical basis and design basis for future product improvement and innovation.
