The transmission is a very important component of the vehicle that directly affects the power and economy,and has a great influence on the reliability of the vehicle operation,the smoothness of driving and the comfort of the ride.Traditional mechanical gearbox has the advantages of simple structure,low manufacturing cost,high reliability,long life and high transmission efficiency,and it is still the most popular product of users in some specific areas.Traditional mechanical gearbox has the advantages of simple structure,low manufacturing cost,high reliability,long life and high transmission efficiency,and it is still widely used in the vehicle.The research work of mechanical transmission has always been an important work in universities,transmission and vehicle production.This also promoted many excellent transmission analysis software emergency and rapid development,and the most widely recognized transmission emulation analysis software in the most industry is Romax software.This paper mainly uses Romax software to model,simulate the analysis and optimize the mechanical transmission of small tractors.For future design and development mechanical transmission,shorten the product development cycle,improve work efficiency,and have a large engineering value.The simulation optimization of the transmission in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.The structural characteristics and working principle of small vehicle transmission are discussed.According to the overall design of the mechanical transmission,the analysis of the arrangement,the arrangement of the gear is arranged,and the path of the power transmission.2.Use the Romax software itself modeling module for conceptual design modeling,and inspection of the geometric dimensions of the geometry of the transmission part.3.Static analysis and load spectrum analysis of the transmission model of the transmission model via Romax software,and found that some bearings have a short-term useful life,improve optimization.4.Verify the correctness of improved optimization on the finite elemental analysis of the transmission gear shaft.5.Change the concept gear set in the gearbox into a detailed gear set and optimize the relatively short life gear set.
