| The competitive advantage between enterprises in the modern market is no longer the competition between material resources and capital,but the competition between human resources and knowledge technology.Under the background of the national policy,agriculture has promoted the integration and development of the primary industry secondary industry tertiary industry,extending the industrial chain and continuously increasing the income of farmers.On the contrary,aquatic product enterprises,as a traditional industry with relatively extensive development mode and low industrialization,are facing structural adjustment of the supply and demand of talents.In the adjustment,managers of these enterprises must fully consider the basic work of fishing and sales in the past thousands of years in this industry,and try their best to continue to adjust the organizational structure with social changes.In fact,the industrial chain of processing,trade,and e-commerce of fisheries is gradually expanding,and it is necessary to continuously improve the quality of talents to meet the needs of the new situation.Therefore,it’s indispensable for enterprises to conduct objective research and analysis of imbalance between talent supply and demand in the GS Group,to formulate human resource planning and talent allocation etc.In this way,human resource management can provide the guarantee for the future development of enterprises and help GS Group to gain high competitiveness.Based on the collection and analysis of a large number of literatures and the survey of GS Group,this paper introduces the business environment of GS Group,including the analysis of the macroeconomic environment,the development of the aquatic industry,and the development strategy of the group.Based on above analyses,the author,combining with the overview of the internal human resources management of GS Group and the understanding of the development of the production,used relative theories to analyze the status quo of the Group’s human resources,and pointed out the main contradiction between the supply and demand of talents in GS Group.In this thesis,the author mainly used the empirical method and description method,according to the standard of human resources allocation of GS Group,to analyze the strategic objectives of the GS Group,and measure the quantity and quality demand for talents of GS Group in the next five years.In addition,the method of status checking is used to analyze the situation of human resources supply of the GS Group so as to determine the new ideas of supply and to draw up the plan of GS Group’s human resources supply plan based on the forecast of human resource demand.At the same time,the author proposes to change the awareness of human resources management,deepen the reform of human resources system,strengthen personnel training,selection,and build a first-class talent team in order to provide strong human resources support and guarantee for the strategic implementation and operation of the group,and improve the capabilities of performance management and raise awareness of the human resources management system. |
