| Based on the fact that fish swim against the water flow,the experiments,were conducted as followed.To research the physiological impact of swimming intensity,time and nutrition enhancement on the red snappers(Lutjanus Argentimaculatus)larva,specifically about immunity and antioxidation,it contains two stages.(1)The serological effect of exercise training intensity and time on the red snapperIt was settled by a group set of flow speed(0.01bl/s,1.43bl/s,2.87bl/s,and5.74bl/s),and of certain periods(7d,14 d and 28d).According to the result,trained group is significantly respond differently from the control(P<0.05).In the respect of intensity,figures like total cholesterol(TCHOL),blood glucose(GLU)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in training groups of 1.43 bl/s and 2.87 bl/s are significantly lower than the control group,with 2.87 bl/s group down to the bottom,while 5.74 bl/s is higher(P<0.05).Indexes such as total protein(TP),lysozyme(LZM),IgM,total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC),catalese(CAT)and glutathione(GSH)present the opposite trend.It proves that moderate intensity(2.87 bl/s)has a positive effect on the anti-oxidization and immunity but over-exercise would damage them.The metabolic activity generally keeps improving during first 14 days since training starts,while change in 14 days differs effectively from that in 7days but not from 28 days.Generally,the metabolism above raises as time passes,especially that in 14 days significantly higher than that in 7 days.The acid phosphatase(ACP)and antibacterial activity(Ua)basically remains the same level after 14 days(P>0.05),which proves the physically adaption of exercise.(2)The immunity effect of exercise training intensity and time on the red snapperIt was settled by a group set of flow speed(0.01bl/s,1.43bl/s,2.87bl/s,and5.74bl/s),and of certain periods(7d,14 d and 28d).According to the result,trained groupis significantly respond differently from the control(P<0.05).It proves that moderate intensity(2.87 bl/s)has a positive effect on the immunity but over-exercise would damage them.The metabolic activity generally keeps improving during first 14 days since training starts,while change in 14 days differs effectively from that in 7days but not from 28 days.Generally,the metabolism above raises as time passes,especially that in 14 days significantly higher than that in 7 days.(3)The antioxidation effect of exercise training intensity and time on the red snapperIt was settled by a group set of flow speed(0.01bl/s,1.43bl/s,2.87bl/s,and5.74bl/s),and of certain periods(7d,14 d and 28d).According to the result,trained group is significantly respond differently from the control(P<0.05).It proves that moderate intensity(2.87 bl/s)has a positive effect on the anti-oxidization but over-exercise would damage them.The metabolic activity generally keeps improving during first 14 days since training starts,while change in 14 days differs effectively from that in 7days but not from 28 days.Generally,the metabolism above raises as time passes,especially that in 14 days significantly higher than that in 7 days.(4)The immunity effect of exercise training intensity and time on the red snapperIt was settled by a group set of NAC addition level(0 g/t,300 g/t,600 g/t,900 g/t,1200 g/t and 1500 g/t),and of certain intensities of exercise(7d,14 d and 28d).According to the result,trained group is significantly respond differently from the control(P<0.05).It proves that moderate intensity(2.87 bl/s)has a positive effect on the immunity,so is the NAC addition level of 900 g/t,before which metabolic activity generally keeps improving.Generally,the appropriate combination level of NAC and NCG enhances the immunity of the larva.(5)The antioxidation effect of exercise training intensity and time on the red snapperIt was settled by a group set of NAC addition level(0 g/t,300 g/t,600 g/t,900 g/t,1200 g/t and 1500 g/t),and of certain intensities of exercise(7d,14 d and 28d).According to the result,trained group is significantly respond differently from the control(P<0.05).It proves that moderate intensity(2.87 bl/s)has a positive effect on the antioxidation,so is the NAC addition level of 900 g/t,before which metabolic activity generally keeps improving.Generally,the appropriate combination level of NAC and NCG enhances theability of antioxidation of the red snapper larva. |
