Analysis And Evaluation On The Interaction Between Aquaculture And Capture Fishery-Based On Coupled System

As China’s economic development enters a new stage,the contradiction between supply and demand in the market has gradually become more prominent,and the policy of supply-side structural reform has been continuously tilted in various fields.China’s aquaculture industry is also facing a severe test.On the one hand,the problem of water quality pollution caused by aquaculture in China’s leading aquaculture industry is also objective.On the other hand,the current fishing industry promotes the development of fishery economy while also bringing about the depletion of fishery resources.How to promote the development of aquaculture and fishing industry has become an urgent problem.China’s aquaculture industry has a pivotal position in the world,and aquaculture is even more unique.Therefore,studying the development relationship between aquaculture and fishing not only conforms to the actual situation of China’s current fishery development,but also conforms to the trend of world fishery development.It is helpful to promote the coordinated development of aquaculture and fishing industry in China,and promote the adjustment and upgrading of fishery industry structure,thus promoting the sustainable development of fishery.Taking aquaculture and fishing system as the research object,this paper,on the basis of summarizing the theory research and methodology of domestic and foreign fishery development,and combining the current research literature on aquaculture and fishing industry,combs the development law of aquaculture and fishing industry.Based on the theory of systematic coupling,theory of dissipative structure and theory of sustainable development,the relationship between aquaculture and fishing industry is studied from the perspective of complex large-scale systems,using related theories and cross-disciplinary research methods.This paper discusses the general operating mechanism of the coupling system between aquaculture and fishing industry,determines the development index of aquaculture and fishing industry system,andconstructs a coupling coordination evaluation model and evaluation index system for the coordinated development of the two industries.The results of the coupling coordination between aquaculture and fishing industry from 2007 to 2016 were analyzed and the research results were obtained.The main structure of the article is as follows:In the first chapter,the author introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,then clarifies the objective and content of the research,and finally introduces the basic knowledge such as research methods and research ideas.It is a general summary and grasp of the full text.The second chapter summarizes the development of aquaculture and fishing industry.Firstly,from the three dimensions of capacity,quality and structure,this paper reviews how aquaculture develops from origin to yield,then to quality appeal and structural improvement.Secondly,from the aspects of natural resources,market economy,social angle and ecological sustainability,this paper summarizes the situation and trend of the fishery industry in China.In the end,the relationship between the development of aquaculture and fishing industry is derived from the context of the research of this paper.The third chapter,based on the system of aquaculture and fishing industry,is guided by the theory of coupling system,dissipation structure and sustainable development,and analyzes the coupling mechanism of aquaculture and fishing industry system from the three dimensions of market economy,ecological environment and social welfare.To lay a theoretical foundation for empirical research.The fourth chapter,the empirical research section,under the guidance of the above related theories,determines the indicators represented by each system of aquaculture and fishing industry,collects data,and uses the coupling model of aquaculture and fishing industry system to carry out empirical analysis.Chapter 5,based on the empirical results,uses grey prediction theory to simulate and test,and then predicts the level of coupling and coordinated development of aquaculture and fishing industry in the next few years and conducts related analysisBased on the analysis of the above results,this paper draws conclusions,further clarifies the relationship between aquaculture and fishing industry,and gives relevant policy suggestions based on the results of the demonstration of the relationship between the two.Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings of the discussion and makesfurther prospects for the development of the relationship between aquaculture and fishing industry.
