| The 21 st century is the century of the ocean.Marine fishery is not only an important sector of Marine economy,but also an important component of agriculture.Starting from the connotation of the comprehensive benefits of Marine fishery,this study constructed the evaluation index system of the comprehensive benefits of Marine fishery including economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.Drawing on the existing research results,it adopted the objective weighting method and the entropy value method as the index weighting.The economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit of Marine fishery in coastal provinces of China from 2006 to 2019 are further calculated,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model is used to quantify the comprehensive benefit of Marine fishery,and the coupling and coordination development levels among the comprehensive benefit subsystems of coastal provinces of China from 2006 to 2019 are studied by means of the coupling degree model and coordination degree model.Finally,indicators were selected from the aspects of resource input,and multiple regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of coordinated development among the comprehensive benefits of Marine fishery.The results showed that:(1)The comprehensive benefit of Marine fishery increased first and then decreased.The mean value of Marine fishery increased from 1.273 in 2006 to 1.390 in 2012,and then decreased to 1.260 in 2019.The economic benefit showed an upward trend before 2010,and then showed a fluctuating downward trend.The fluctuation trend of social benefit is obvious,increasing from 0.443 in 2007 to 0.505 in 2012,and decreasing sharply from 2012 to 2016,the 13 th Five-Year Plan period showed a strong growth trend.Ecological benefits fluctuated sharply before 2013 and gradually increased after 2014.The overall development level of social benefit and ecological benefit is higher than that of economic benefit in the whole research period.From the perspective of space,The economic,social,ecological and comprehensive benefits of Marine fishery in Liaoning,Shandong,Fujian,Zhejiang and Guangdong are at the forefront of the coastal provinces.(2)The mean coupling degree of Marine fishery comprehensive benefit subsystem in coastal provinces was 0.944 from 2006 to 2019,the development stage is dominated by high level coupling development.Liaoning,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong,Guangdong and other provinces were higher than the national average.During the research period,the average level of coordinated development of Marine fishery comprehensive benefit subsystem was 0.630,with intermediate coordinated development as the main part,and the fluctuation was obvious,which increased from 0.628 in 2006 to 0.649 in 2012,and then decreased to0.601 in 2019.Liaoning,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong and other provinces and regions with intermediate coordination and good coordination;Tianjin,Hebei,Guangxi and Hainan are in the stage of primary and near coordinated development,and there is much room for improvement of coordination degree.(3)The regression results showed that the regression coefficients of mariculture area,the number of motor fishing vessels,the personnel of Marine fishery,the fund of fishery scientific research and the structure of fishery fishery were 0.647,-0.354,0.065,0.653 and-0.077,respectively.Among them,the area of mariculture and the fund of fishery research have positive and significant promoting effects on the coordinated development of Marine fishery.The number of Marine motorized fishing boats hinders the coordinated development of Marine fishery and has a significant effect.Marine fishery practitioners play an important role in promoting the coordinated development of Marine fishery,but it is not significant.Fishing structure hinders the coordinated development of Marine fishery,but it is not significant. |
