With the popularity of the mobile Internet and the Internet of Things(IoT),governments,businesses,and individuals have begun to enjoy the “smart life” that IoT technology has brought us.Smart agriculture is also an important field of IoT application.In view of the unbalanced distribution of combine harvester resources during crop harvesting,this paper developed a set of IoT-based combine harvester scheduling optimization system,the main work and achievements are as follows:1)The demand analysis of the combine harvester dispatching system was carried out,and the scheduling principle of minimum dispatching cost,punctuality and the shortest travel distance of the harvester was established.According to the established scheduling principle,the combine harvester scheduling model with the minimum scheduling cost as the objective function was established,and the time window penalty function was added to the objective function to constrain it according to its punctuality requirement.2)Used the particle swarm optimization algorithm and ant colony algorithm to analyze the combine harvester scheduling model,and aimed at the disadvantage that the ant colony algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal solution and the convergence speed is slow,the ant colony algorithm was improved in three aspects: used saving matrix to improve path selection,used different volatilization factors to increase the diversity of solutions and used the 2-opt method for local search to improve the search performance.The simulation results of MATLAB showed that the improved ant colony algorithm is more reasonable than the particle swarm algorithm and the fundamental ant colony algorithm.It showed that the improved ant colony algorithm has better applicability to the scheduling model.3)In the final system development process,the system adopted the B/S development mode,used PHP language for programming in the Eclipse development environment,and applied RFID technology,GPS satellite positioning system,GIS technology and Baidu map to locate the position of the harvester and display.Took the harvester dispatching of Tangshan City as the research goal,the combined harvester scheduling optimization system based on the IoT has realized the functions of system management,information management of users and combine harvesters,real-time positioning management of harvesters and navigation management of harvester scheduling routes.Agricultural machinery scheduling is an important part of smart agriculture.The system developed in this paper largely avoids the waste of time and money in the traditional manual scheduling process,greatly improves the working efficiency of the combine harvester,and promotes the income of farmers and agricultural enterprises,and has certain commercial value.
