The insect protection enzyme and the detoxifying enzyme are the key enzymes in the insect,and play a key role in coordinating the normal growth and development of the Cyrtotrachelus buqueti.In this article,we took the larva of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti as the research object,assayed the toxicity of six kinds of insect growth reguLators to the Cyrtotrachelus buqueti by the feeding method?Studied the effect of the insect growth reguLator on the The detoxifying enzymes and protective enzymes in vivo and in vitro in the elder larva?The detoxifying mechanism and resistance mechanism of insects exposed to insect growth reguLators were studied and provided the basic theory data for the development and rational utilization of insect growth reguLators.1?The LC500 of Hexaflumuron,Chlorfluazuron,Fenoxycarb,Pyriproxyfen ether,Methoxyfenozide and Tebufenozide to young larvae of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti were36.43,44.27,9.52,63.36,28.13 and 23.00 mg/L.The toxicity order of size is Fenoxycar>Tebufenozide>Methoxyfenozide>Hexaflumuron>Chlorfluazuron>Pyriproxyfen;The LC500 of the old larvae in turn is as follows:461.15?526.01?346.16?111.55?118.81 and 209.35 mg/L,The toxicity order of size is Pyriproxyfen>Methoxyfenozide>Tebufenozide>Fenoxycarb>Hexaflumuron>Chlorfluazuron.The sensitivity of young larvae to pesticides is higher than that of older larvae.The pupation rate of mature larvae treated with LC500 decreased significantly.The experimental composition of the addition of the pesticide hyperosmotic agent was significantly higher than that of the control group and the single-dose group.2?Hexaflumuron,Pyriproxyfen Ether and Methoxyfenozide inhibited the activity of GST and AchE in vitro of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti larvae.Methoxyfenozide and Hexaflumuron activate CarE in vitro,Pyriproxyfen ether not only activates but also inhibits CarE in vitro;Effect on in vitro POD,Both Hexaflumuron and pyriproxyfen ether showed inhibitory effect.Methoxyfenozide inhibits and activates?The effects of Methoxyfenozide and Hexaflumuron on the activity of SOD in vitro were inhibited at low concentration and activated at high concentration.The inhibitory effect of Methoxyfenozide decreased with the increase of the concentration of Methoxyfenozide.Pyriproxyfen ether showed inhibitory effect,and the inhibitory effect decreased with the increase of concentration.3?The results showed that the changes of detoxifying enzyme and protective enzyme in Cyrtotrachelus buqueti were related to the action mechanism,the concentration and the length of treatment.As far as the activity of GST was concerned,Hexaflumuron,Pyriproxyfen and Methoxyfenozide of 20 mg/L all showed activation effect,and the treatment of 10 mg/L and 40mg/L was the trend of activate-inhibition-activation effect;Methoxyfenozide and Hexaflumuron can significantly increase the activity of AchE and play an active role.Pyriproxyfen ether played an inhibitory role in the treatment for 3 days,showing the trend of activation,inhibition and activation;Hexaflumuron and Methoxyfenozide have been inhibiting the activity of CarE in the larva of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti,and the resuLt of Pyriproxyfen ether is inhibition-activation-inhibition.The resuLts showed that the changes of protective enzyme in Cyrtotrachelus buqueti were related to the action mechanism,the concentration and the length of treatment;On the whole,three kinds of insect growth reguLators showed that the activity of SOD in the larvae of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti was activated first and then inhibited;For the effect of POD activity in the larvae of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti,except for the inhibition of the Hexaflumuron of40 mg/L treatment for 4 days,all the other treatments were in the active state.The Pyriproxyfen at10 mg/L and 40 mg/L treatment groups were inhibited and then activated and 20 mg/L were first activated and then inhibited.Methoxyfenozide 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L showed first activation and then inhibition,while 40 mg/L treatment group showed first inhibition and then activation.
