Analysis Of Conservation Tillage Model And Techno-economic Evaluation In Benxi County

At present,the conservation tillage model of agricultural production is attracting more and more attention.Firstly,this paper investigates two conservation tillage models,namely,broken stalk less tillage mode and no-tillage mode in Benxi County,and analyses the production technology and matching equipment of the two models.Based on the analysis results,the appropriate scale of unit and mathematical model of its cost are established respectively.Finally,the matching equipment schemes of the two modes of mechanized production are analyzed and evaluated technically and economically.This study provides a reference for the extension of conservation tillage in Benxi County.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Two modes of conservation tillage in Benxi County were determined through investigation and research,namely,the mode of broken stalk,less tillage,deep loosening and mulching and the mode of no-tillage sowing.Compared with no-tillage planting mode,less tillage,deep loosening and mulching mode with broken stubble and ridging in spring and mechanical sowing and fertilization are more common.Therefore,2-3 years of deep loosening of land is needed before conservation tillage,then mechanical weeding or spraying of chemicals during crop growth,and finally,the broken stubble is covered after harvesting with corn combine in autumn.(2)The suitable scale of the production equipment of two conser vation tillage modes was analyzed Benxi County,the matching process and economic evaluation of the equipment were carried out by using the method of technical and economic analysis.(3)Compared with the effects of Different Tillage Modes on soil moisture content and the difference of maize growth in seedling stage,taking the maize cultivation of no-tillage mode and broken-stalk less tillage mode in Benxi County as the research object,the results show that the financial internal rate of return of no-tillage mode in Benxi County is 13.8%,the net present value is 725.57 million yuan,the investment recovery period is 27 years,and the financial internal rate of return of less-tillage mode is 12.6%,the net present value is 576 million yuan,and the investment recovery In 21 years,no-tillage model has been proved to be effective and feasible.
