Conservation tillage is new type of farming mode, which can effectively control soil water erosion and wind erosion of farmland, and improve the aggregate structure of the soil. Besides, it can also reduce soil erosion to improve soil fertility and increase the content of the soil water and crop water production. Furthermore, it can improve efficiency, reduce labor, machinery and energy input, cost saving, to improve the efficiency of production, rational use of agricultural resources, ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.The main contents, technical features, assembly plan and the influencing factors of the conservation tillage are analyzed qualitatively, and the 15 influence factors of conservation tillage are determined. According to the principle of establishing the index, the hierarchical structure and the mutual influence relation of the conservation tillage mode are determined.Useing to calculate the weight of the factors of conservation tillage in AHP, which can determine the degree of importance of each factor on conservation tillage, and provide quantitative basis for multi objective evaluation for optimal conservation tillage, it can also provide a theoretical basis of making countermeasures for decision makers.According to the weight of each influencing factor of conservation tillage mode, single objective evaluation method and multi-objective evaluation method were used to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation of conservation tillage patterns. The calculation of the weight of the conservation tillage mode and the determination of the optimal scheme are analyzed quantitatively, which is scientific.In this paper, as an example,we take the selection process of mechanized production in maize cultivation mode of the Bei'an admebianjiang farm as the research object, and analyze the calculation of actual amount of “three less two higher”, and determine the alternatives set ?evaluation scheme set and multi dimension in a quantitative way based on the model. As the same time, using the method of linear programming to determine the final mechanical equipment and guiding the Hongsebianjiang Farm to take reasonable protective farming practices in agricultural production activities, the ultimate aims are that we use the few people, less financial and economic benefits to improve the goal of the principle of high quality, safe production, andmake qualitative decisions, put forward the quantitative theoretical basis for sustainable development of agriculture of the Hongsebianjiang Farm.
