Cultivated land fertility is the basic condition for the production capacity of cultivated land and the essence of the land.The quality of cultivated land directly affects the grain production capacity of cultivated land.Therefore,it is essential to carry out the evaluation of cultivated land fertility to find out the situation of cultivated land,protect the cultivated land and ensure food security.Based on the soil testing and fertilization work of Zunhua City,this study used the“3S”technology to evaluate the cultivated land fertility of Zunhua City,and basically grasped the soil fertility of Zunhua City and found out the cultivated land of Zunhua City.At the same time,according to the characteristics of each evaluation index,the factors of arable land dysfunction were screened out,and the arable land improvement plan of the city was formulated according to the characteristics of the obstacle factors.The specific results are as follows:1.In this study,through the Delphi method(expert scoring method),the evaluation factors of the four major categories and the nine areas that have the greatest impact on the cultivated land in Zunhua City were selected from 55 evaluation indicators in the country.The Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to calculate each.The combination weight of the evaluation factors,the membership function is used to standardize the numerical indicators,the conceptual function is standardized by the Delphi method,and the cultivated land is calculated by calculating the cultivated land fertility index(IFI)and using the cumulative frequency curve.The ground force is divided into 7 levels.The method of arable land fertility evaluation reduces the influence of human subjective factors on the evaluation results,making the evaluation results more objective.At the same time,the method can unify conceptual indicators and numerical indicators and numerical indicators of different units for objective calculation,which can maximize the degree of The true state of the response to the arable land.2.The total cultivated land area of Zunhua City is 48,719.08hm~2,of which the first-grade land is15743.95 hm~2,accounting for 32.5%of the total cultivated land,the second-level land is 21939.28 hm~2,accounting for 45.0%of the total cultivated land,and the third-level land is 3185.16 hm~2,accounting for the total area of cultivated land.6.5%,589.13 hm~2in the fourth grade,accounting for 1.2%of the total cultivated land,7038.36 hm~2in the fifth grade,accounting for 14.4%of the total cultivated land,157.65hm~2in the sixth grade,accounting for 0.3%of the total cultivated land,and 65.55 hm~2in the seventh grade.,accounting for 0.1%of the total area of cultivated land.3.The main obstacle types of cultivated land in Zunhua City can be divided into irrigation improvement type,soil fertility type and texture improvement type.Among them,the problems of irrigation improvement are mainly leaching cinnamon soil and typical cinnamon soil.The soil texture contains more sand,better permeability,easy tillage and relatively low soil fertility.The water conservancy conditions are good,the groundwater level is generally 15-20m,but the fertilizer and water retention capacity is poor,the farmland infrastructure is weak,and the drought and flood threats are large;the main problems of soil fertility type are serious soil erosion,low soil nutrient content,water retention and fertilizer retention performance.Poor,the soil layer is very thin and mostly coarse,multi-gravel,physical and chemical shape is not good,soil use is restricted,strong crop selectivity,unsuitable for farmland use,but soil p H is acidic or slightly acidic,ferrite It is rich in content and is suitable for the growth and development of chestnut;the main problem of texture improvement is low soil ripening degree,high sand gravel ratio and poor tillage performance.Soil organic matter is low,nutrient content is low,fertility is poor,drought is severe,farmland water conservancy facilities are basically absent,and groundwater is deep,and irrigation cannot be guaranteed.According to the above types of obstacles,different measures to improve the obstacles have been worked out.
