Docking cultivated land evaluation results among different scales are meaningful.It can improve the efficiency of land evaluation,avoid the waste of manpower,material and financial resources and improve evaluation results' practical value.Till the end of 2012,land quality evaluation of Henan province had been basically completed both country and city level.For difference of regional and inconsistency among assessment indicator systems,assessment results in country couldn't be compared easily and should be reworked while evaluating the land quality in city area.Therefore,based on the agreement assessing between country and city evaluation results,this paper put forward a preliminary docking approach between country and city and took Luohe city as the studied case.Following are the main conclusions.(1)Put forward a docking approach between country and city evaluation results.Firstly,made the consistency assessment and analysis between country and city evaluation results,both quantity and space;Secondly,used the production under 75%as conceptual production basing on its Gumbel distribution and parameter estimation over the years;Thirdly,determined the conceptual production in each administrative village unite,employed Pinus to select the standard sample country;Then,on basis of the union between evaluation results and conceptual production revised or adjusted the other counties or districts assessment results.Finally,the connection about country and city land evaluation results was realized.(2)Aimed at the land quality evaluation results about 2008-2012,Luohe city,this paper made the consistency assessment and analysis.It showed the inconsistency in all countries and cities were big but Wuyang country.Taking Wuyang country as the standard sample region,the other counties or districts were revised or adjusted.There were 4 reset levels.(3)In the end,this paper used 891 usual amount sampling points date of 2011 to check the adjusted figure.The checking bilinear fit function was y = 1683x-368.47(the determination coefficient R2 = 0.9075).It showed that the correlation was significant.Also it implied the revised conceptual production could satisfactorily capture the cultivated land fertility in Luohe.
