Study On Surveillance And Comprehensive Prevention And Control Of Pig Type O Foot-and-mouth Disease Antibody In Dawa District Of Panjin City

Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is a hot,strong and highly contact infectious disease caused by foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV).Because of its urgent condition,rapid spread,causing great harm,So foot-and-mouth disease has become a pressing problem in every country and region of the world.In this study,we used the method of liquid phase blocking ELISA and the method of 3abc single anti-blocking ELISA to monitor pig type o foot and mouth disease antibody in DWA district of Panjin city 2013～2017,clear the antibody level and the law of length and decrease of foot and mouth disease,find out the problems and loopholes in the vaccine in time and then analyze the reasons.9700 serum samples detected by liquid phase blocking ELISA,there are 8797 copies of serum immune antibody titer≥1:128,the pass rate of immune antibodies is 90.69%;no positive results were found in the 4800 serum samples detected by the method of resistance ELISA for foot-and-mouth disease virus 3abc monomer.The results showed that the immune antibody titer remained high and there was no natural infection in the area.This study is aimed at the current situation of prevention and control in Dawa district of Panjin city,the comprehensive prevention and control of pig type o foot-and-mouth disease should be carried out from many angles.Establishing scientific immunization programmes and optimizing immunization procedures,Step by step,strengthen the management system of feeding,establish and improve the organizational system,and rapidly improve the emergency response capacity,a series of comprehensive prevention and control measures such as epidemiological investigation and surveillance of immune antibody,To explore the effective prevention and control measures for pig type o foot-and-mouth disease in Dawa district of Panjin city.
