Foot and month Disease(FMD),it is caused by foot and mouth disease virus,which causes blister and ulceration in the mouth and hoof of pigs and sheep.Also known as "aphtha","hoof","No.five disease" or "W disease".In this paper,the immune effect of different types of vaccines,different doses of immunization,different feeding patterns and different growth stages of pigs FMD were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and a comparative analysis was conducted to provide reference for prevention and control of Swine Foot and mouth disease in Lvshunkou District.A total of 1544 serum samples collected randomly from pig farms,scale farms and scattered households in 2017 were collected from Lvshunkou District in Dalian during the whole year of the year.The vaccines used were all O-type inactivated vaccines against FMD.At the same time,90 breeding sows were randomly selected from a scale farm with good feeding and management level.They were divided into three groups: A,B and C.Pregnant sows were vaccinated with O-type FMDV on the thirtieth day before birth,and A and B groups were inoculated with inactivated vaccine,of which B group was two times of A group,and C group was inoculated with synthetic peptide vaccine;Select a scattered household and randomly select15 sows,divided into three groups D,E and F on average.Pregnant sows were vaccinated with O-type FMD vaccine thirtieth days before birth,and D group and E group were vaccinated with inactivated vaccine.The dose of E group was two times of D,and F group was inoculated with synthetic peptide vaccine.All the piglets were immunized at the age of 35 days for the first time and 60 days for the second time.From the experimental data,we can see that the average immune effect reached the peak one month after the three times of centralized immunization in a year,and the immune effect was the lowest one month before the centralized immunization.The level of immune antibody was fattening > piglets > conservation pigs.The average qualified rate of pig farm was 93.48%.The average qualified rate of scale farm was slightly lower,which was 87.16%.The lowest was 79.79%for scattered households.The synthetic peptide vaccine had the highest titer and the least side effect.The experimental results showed that the immunization effect of Porcine O-type FMD in Lvshunkou District of Dalian was better than that of the national standard.It also reflected the necessity of three times of concentrated immunity in one year.In vaccine selection,double dose inactivated vaccine has certain advantages in prevention and control effect,but it needs to bear certain risks,and whether synthetic peptide vaccine can replace inactivated vaccine still needs a lot of practice.
