The Study Of Three Repellents Isolation Zones On Prevention Plateau Zokor Invasion In Legume Field

The lack of germplasm resources of leguminous herbage in alpine pastoral area has been one of the main factors restricting the development of animal husbandry.Plateau zokor has a strong preferency tendency on tap root plants such as leguminosae,so the damage of the zokor is one of the important limiting factors in the establishment of artificial legume grassland.By using pepper,prickly ash and perilla to establish isolation zonesas around the leguminous grassland,the avoiding effects of plant repellent and burry distance on plateau zokor were investigated.The main results were:1.The three plant repellent,pepper,prickly ash and perilla,all have significant avoiding effects on plateau zokor in Medicago sativa and Vicia sativa field.Compared with control,the number of zokor mounds in three kinds of repellent treatments reduced significantly(P<0.01).The barrier effects of three kinds of repellents on alfalfa grassland were prickly ash,perilla and pepper.The barrier effects of the three kinds of repellents on the plateau zokor showing that prickly ash had the best barrier effect,followed by the perilla,and finally the pepper treatment plot.2.Different landfilling distances have different barrier effects on plateau zokor in the two grasslands of Medicago sativa and Vicia sativa.In general,under various landfill distances,the number of soil mounds of the zokor was significantly lower than control(P < 0.01),but the decrease rate decreased with the increase of the landfill distance.Compared with the control,the number of new mounds of the 0cm(linear landfill),30 cm and 60 cm landfills decreased by 72%,67.9% and 55.9%.3.The nine treatment combinations of the repellents and the setting method of the isolation zone has a significant barrier effect on plateau zokor(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The number of mounds in the combination of prickly ash+60cm was 88.5% less than that of the control,and the perilla+30cm(G3A1),The number was about 63% higher than that of the control group,with+30cm(G1A1)combinations of peppers,and the number of zokor mounds were about 55% less than the control group.The other treatment combinations have a barrier effect of less than 50%.4.Generally speaking,the combinations of the three kinds of repellents and their treatment with the isolation zone setting method are generally superior to the control of Medicago sativa grassland in the control of Vicia sativa grassland.Shows that the plateau zokor is biased towards to feeding Medicago sativa.Therefore,in the prevention and control practice of the Medicago sativa grassland,a treatment combination with better repellent effect should be used.
