Agriculture is the infrastructural industry of national economy in China and it is the lifeblood of economic development.Development of efficient pesticide application technology is an important part that can be studied in plant protection field.Agricultural aerial pesticide application is an effective measure to ensure national ecological safety.In recent years,drone combines with spraying equipment has been a new way of drug application,which has been adopted and implemented for several years by many countries.The level of aerial pesticide application in China is still in the primary stage and there is still a certain gap compared with the developed countries.In order to study the effect of nozzle layout on spraying effect of agricultural plant protection UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle),a spray head fixing bracket is manufactured.And then fixing the spray head at the design position of the spray head bracket.By changing the different orientations of the spray head horizontally and vertically,with a high definition camera image analysis,the following conclusion can be obtained.(1)While keeping the nozzle position unchanged,plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle(UAVs)at a height of about 2.5m from the ground,the spraying effect is the best.(2)Under the optimal flight altitude,the nozzle in the motor base directly about 120mm,the spraying effect obtained is the best.Through the experimental study on the effect of different layout of drone's nozzle on the spraying effect,which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the drones and so a more satisfactory spraying effect is achieved.Besides,it will improve the utilization rate of pesticides and reduce the pollution to the environment,and at the same time it provides a certain reference value for uavs in agricultural plant protection design and manufacture.
