Development Of Sustainable Animal Husbandry In Inner Mongolia Animal Husbandry Banners

Inner Mongolia is one of the five major pastoral areas in China,and the sustainable development of animal husbandry is related to the foundation of its pillar industries.Thesustainabledevelopment of animal husbandry in the animal husbandry banners is the cornerstone of the development of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia,and should be given enough attention.With the development of the pastoraleconomy and the continuous improvement of people's living needs,higher requirements have been put forward for the transformation and development of animal husbandry production methods.The sustainable development of animal husbandry has also become an inevitable development direction.At present,the current research on the sustainable development of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia Animal Husbandry Bannersis mainly characterized by qualitative description.On the basis of summarizing the research results of predecessors,this paper uses the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to quantitativelyanalyze the sustainable development level of animal husbandry in 33 animal husbandry banners in Inner Mongolia.This paper firstly describes and analyzes the development status of animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia from three aspects of economy,society and ecological environment.It concludes that the production capacity of animal husbandry is continuously improving,the economic structure tends to be reasonable,the social support conditions need to be strengthened,and the ecological environment needs to be improved.Secondly,according to relevant theories,the sustainable development index system of animal husbandry including economic sustainability,social sustainability and ecological sustainability is constructed.The multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method is used to test 15 indicators of 33 animal husbandry banners in Inner Mongolia from 2006 to 2017.The data were quantitatively calculated,and the comprehensive scores of the sustainable development level of the animal husbandry of 33 animal husbandry banners were obtained,and classified according to the type of grassland to which the animal husbandry flag belongs.Finally,based on the results of quantitative evaluation,the problems existing in the sustainable development of animal husbandry in 33 animal husbandry bannersare analyzed,and the suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry in various banners are put forward.
