The risk of epidemic diseases characterizied by high morbility,rapidly spreed,complex epidemiology and difficult to control was one of important factors on affecting pig production and common caused enormous economic losses for local pig industry.This study performed the investigation of edpidemiology,identification of pathogen and minitor of antibody against six virous including FMD(foot and mouth disease),CSF(classical swine fever),(highly pathogenic porcine reroductive and respiratory syndrome,HP-PRRS),PR(porcine pseudorabies),PCVD(porcine circovirus infection)and PED(porcine epidemic diarrhea).Further more,based on analyzing the occurrence and development rule of these diseases in pigs,the risk assessment and early warning system for porcine majory epidemic diseases were established to process epidemiological investigation,monitor,database and assessment model development for over diseases.Therefore,the results from this present study not only contribute to accurately confirm risk and trendency but also play a key role in early warning and risk prevention on the porcine epidemics.(1)Occurrence of majory epidemics in pig from Hanzhong city.The study conducted identification for six disease pathogens of pig from 20 slaughter house,100 pig farmers and 35 intensive pig farms throughout seven countys of Hanzhong city.A totle of 10 825 samples were sampled from these regions and processed for further analysis.Based on the pathogenic detection,the results shown that all of 786 blood samples were present of various virus infection,with 7.26%(786/10825)of colonization rate.Of them,the infection rate of FMD,PRRS,CSF,PR,PCVD and PED was 5.85%,8.79%,3.37%,7.76%,13.26% and 5.11%,respectively.Furthermore,for revealing the occurrence of six procine epidemics in Hanzhong city the study,using the immunity antibody against corresponding pathogens infected pig,proformed detection to a total of 8349 serum samples from pigs and validated 6420 qualified samples from them with a pass rate of 76.68%.Among the qualified samples,the qualified rate of immune antibody FMD,PRRS,CSF,PR and PCVD was 87.08%,74.28%,79.90%,73.58% and 62.75%,respectively.(2)Establishment and application of risk assessment database and model for porcine majory epidemics in Hanzhong city.For offering the essential data to information database of the early warning porcine epidemics,this study performed a long,lasting and detailed investigation to the change of various risk factors and undertand timely occurrence and spread of majory epidemics by selected pig breeding farm,slaughter houses,market and historical area as important mornitoring sites of porcine majory epidemics.Meanwhile,the risk analysis and early warning systerm database was developed by using various methods including ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay),IHA(indirect heamagglutination assay)and so on to detect pathogens and immunity antibody and retrieving various imformations such as real time,hisotrical data,especially the prevalent regions,number of cases and death,number of emergent vaccination as well as control measures for these diseases.Followly applying the systerm across Hanzhong city,the result shown that control and early warning capabilities of the city's porcine epidemics was obviously improved with morbidity and mortality reduced by 8.3% and 2.09%,respectively.In additon,the piglet survival rate of the city risen by 7.5% which resulted in large increse of economic advantage by 15 billion RMB.So,the results of present study should provide the scientific basis for managed risk and made prevention and control measures.In conclusion,by developing the porcine epidemics database and risk assessment model of FMD,PRRS,CSF,PR,PCVD and PED this study builded the essential technological platform to monitor,early warn and evaluate the porcine epidemics prevention and control.And the present study also offer supports for local pig industry rapid and healthy development in theoretically and technologically.
