Nowadays,the contradiction between China's water shortage and agricultural production irrigation has become increasingly prominent.Improving irrigation water use efficiency is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's economy.moistube irrigationtechnology and alternate irrigation technology are two emerging water-saving irrigation technologies.Now,two water-saving irrigation technologies are combined to form a new irrigation mode—alternating moistube irrigationmode.Through the indoor soil box simulation test and open-air vegetable planting experiment,the soil water transport characteristics and vegetable growth status under different moistube irrigationpatterns were explored.In the laboratory test,two moistube irrigationmodes were set up: alternating moistube irrigationmode and continuous moistube irrigationmode.The pressure heads in each irrigation mode were100 cm and 150 cm respectively,and the infiltration time was 8d and 16 d,respectively.The mode micro-running tube spacing is 30 cm,and the micro-running tube depth is 15 cm.Explore the same head in different moistubeirrigationmode,the cumulative infiltration amount,soil moisture content,wet body shape and size,and wetness of the same infiltration time.Changes in the distance and speed of the forward movement with the infiltration time;vegetable cultivation test: planting pepper and Artemisia scoparia,in both experiments,alternating moistube irrigationmode and continuous moistube irrigationmode were set,among which The alternating cycle of moistube irrigationis 16 d,and there is no cycle for continuous micro-irrigation.The pressure heads are 100 cm in both moistube irrigationmodes,the distance between micro-running pipes is25 cm,the depth of burial is 20 cm,and it is compared with ordinary irrigation.Explore the effects of different moistube irrigationpatterns on soil moisture,vegetable growth,yield,and irrigation water productivity.In the indoor soil tank simulation test,the study found that under the same pressure head and infiltration time,the cumulative infiltration and soil moisture content of the continuous moistube irrigationwere higher than the alternate micro-irrigation;the wetting front due to gravity,The vertical downward migration distance is greater than the horizontal and vertical upward migration distances.The wetting front migration distance increases with the infiltration time,but the migration rate gradually decreases.The fitting result shows that the wetting front migration distance It is approximately a power function with time,and the correlation between them is significant;the shape of the wet front is affected by three factors: moistube irrigationmode,pressure head and infiltration time.In the vegetable planting experiment,the study found that different irrigation patterns have significant effects on the growth and yield of pepper and Artemisia scoparia.The physiological indexes,yields and irrigation water productivity of the two moistube irrigationmodels of pepper and Artemisia scoparia are excellent.In general irrigation,the yield of peppers in the alternate moistube irrigationmode was higher,and the water productivity of pepper and Artemisia scoparia was higher,and the yield of Artemisia scoparia was higher in the continuous moistube irrigationmode.The water migration in different moistube irrigationmodels is different.Compared with ordinary irrigation,moistube irrigationcan maintain soil moisture and increase vegetable yield.The alternate moistube irrigationmode has better water-saving effect.
