Research On The Techniques Of Stripping Seeds Harvest

Stripping harvest technology is a new type techniques of seeds harvest. Using thestripper header,crop is stripped by the machine before the straw is cut. And the strawis still standing in the field. It is becoming more and more popular among farmers andseachers for their advantages of low power,high efficiency and good cleaning etc.Stripping combine still has some problem to study, the shattering grain loss is a mainproblem which people have to pay much attention to.The development and actuality of stripping harvest technology is introduced, thisdissertation focuses on the further studied on the mechanism of stipper: A workingmodel of stripping rotor is built, the mathematical model of the moving grain isestablishhed and the characteristics of airflow field surrounding the stripper rotor.Fitted reclaiming equipment between the stripper rotor and the gathering baffle,reduced the stripping loss. The material of triangle plate teeth choosed low alloy steel,economized maintenance cost.The causation of the shattering grain loss is analyzed, primary workingparameters and construction parameters affecting the stripper loss were analyzeddepending on field test, the suitable rang of every parameters is given.A power calculation formula for the stripper-header was derived, and somefactors affecting stripper power were analyzed.The mechanism of stripping harvest can be furtherly understood with thisresearch.It has instructional value for how to design and adjust the strippingparameters in order to 1essen the stripperloss,to select engine and distribute power.
