Studies have shown that the addition of pharmacological dose(2000~4000mg/kg)of zinc oxide to diets can effectively promote piglet growth and inhibit diarrhea.However,long-term use of high-dose zinc oxide can cause negative effects, such as inhibiting late growth of piglets, antagonistic effects on the functions of other trace elements, waste of zinc sources due to large amounts of fecal zinc, and environmental pollution.Currently, there is an urgent need to find safe,efficient,Environmentally-friendly new zinc oxide reduces zinc oxide consumption and reduces manure zinc emissions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of two new zinc oxides as substitutes for high-dose common zinc oxide on performance, nutrient availability and microelements in feces of weaned piglets. The two new types of zinc oxide are the inclusion molecular zinc oxide made by inclusion technology and the zinc oxide coated with stearic acid as the coating material. In this study,250 two-week-old weaned pigs with a mean body weight of(6.74±0.35)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups(half male and female): Control group(basal diet + 2240 mg/kg normal oxidation Zinc),inclusion molecular zinc oxide 300 group(basal diet + 300mg/kg inclusion molecular zinc oxide),inclusion molecular oxidation 600 group(basal diet + 600mg/kg inclusion molecular zinc oxide),coated zinc oxide 300 groups(basal diet + 300mg/kg zinc oxide coated)and zinc oxide coated 600 group(basal diet + 600mg/kg coated zinc oxide),all calculated as zinc. Each group had 5 replicates and each replicated 10 pigs. The trial prefeed period was 3 days and the feeding period was 14 days. The results showed that:1.Compared with the control group,clathrate-zinc oxide 300 group,clathrate-zinc oxide 600 group, zinc oxide-coated 300 group, coated zinc oxide group 600 piglets weight, average daily feed intake, average daily There was no significant difference in weight gain,feed-to-weight ratio, and diarrhea rate(P>0.05).Compared with coated zinc oxide,clathrate-zinc oxide significantly increased average daily gain(P<0.05),and average daily feed intake. There was an upward trend(0.05<P<0.1);there was no significant difference in growth performance between 300 mg/kg zinc level group and 600 mg/kg zinc level group(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the IgM content in the serum of the clathrate-zinc oxide 300 group, the clathrate-zinc oxide 600 group, the coated zinc oxide 300 group, and the zinc oxide coated group 600 piglets was reduced by 36.11% and 61.11,respectively.The activity of alkaline phosphatase decreased by 37.02%,30.03%,28.33,and 27.80%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the clathrate-zinc oxide, the activity of alkaline phosphatase was coated in serum of zinc oxide group.GLB content was significantly higher 18.82%,Ca content was significantly decreased 5.71%(P <0.05);300mg/kg zinc level group than the 600mg/kg zinc level group serum TG content was 29.21%,the difference was significant(P <0.05).3.Compared with the control group, the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,GE,CP,CF,and Pi in each treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the clathrate-zinc oxide group and the coated zinc oxide group were each There was no significant difference in the apparent digestibility of nutrients(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of CF was 10.19% lower in the 300 mg/kg zinc group than in the 600 mg/kg zinc group, and the apparent digestibility of the Pi was 6.70% higher.Significant(P <0.05);DM,OM,GE and CP digestion and absorption rate have a downward trend, but the difference was not significant(0.05 <P <0.1).4.Compared with the control group, zinc content in serum of clathrate-zinc oxide group 300,clathrate-inc oxide 600 group, zinc oxide coated 300 group, and zinc oxide coated group 600 piglets was reduced by 62.01% and 39.94,respectively.%,56.17% and 48.70%;fecal zinc content was 0.25-fold,0.41-fold,0.31-fold and 0.32-fold respectively(P<0.05)in the control group. In summary, the clathrate-zinc oxide and coated zinc oxide at 300 mg/kg or 600 mg/kg can achieve the same effect in terms of production performance. The nutrient digestibility of each nutrient is better than that of high zinc, and fecal zinc emission is significantly reduced. This shows that the two new types of zinc oxide can replace the use of high-dose zinc oxide under this test condition.
