Conservation tillage is the mainstream of modern agricultural production,and no tillage planter is an important tool for the realization of this mode of farming.However,no tillage planter will cause mechanical vibration in the course of field operation due to the influence of uneven surface,straw and stubble,and then influence the seeding performance of the seed-metering device.Under the condition of no tillage and high-speed sowing,the vibration of the planter is more obvious.To solve the above problem,this article is based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research progress on vibration characteristics of precision metering device research,and the subject investigated is picker finger seedmeter which combines sensor technology,modern micro control technology and computer technology to carry out the research work on vibration characteristics of seed-metering device for maize no tillage planter.The major research work was as follows:(1)Vibration test system was designed,an acceleration sensor with a model of 1A208 E was used as the vibration monitoring element of the seed metering device,combined with STM32F103C8T6 micro controller,DAQM-4202 analog quantity processing and SD memory device,the hardware design of the system was completed.At the same time,the development and design of the system driver as well as the upper computer monitoring interface were realized by using the Keil development environment and Labview software respectively.(2)A vibration test desk was designed,a vibrator with a model of DH40200 is used as vibration simulation source of field planter,using stepper motor instead of ground wheel of the seeder to drive the picker finger seedmeter to rotate,the speed reducer is equipped for the stepper motor so as to realize the stable and uniform seed metering.(3)The indoor soil bin test and field testing were carried out to study the vibration signals of picker finger seedmeter in the forward direction,horizontal direction and vertical direction,and the vibration signals in vertical direction were determined more significant.Analysis of vibration characteristics in vertical direction concluded that the main frequency of the vibration is 0-20 Hz.In order to simulate the seeder field working condition,we carried out the metering vibration simulation test,selected the vibration amplitude and frequency as experimental factors and sowing qualified index as indicators of test,the 2 factor and 5 level two times orthogonal rotation combination test was carried out,and the results of the experiment were analyzed with Design-Expert software.The test results showed that the influence of vibration frequency on the sowing quality is more significant than that of vibration amplitude.
