| At present slurried seedlings sower sowing manually, the uniformity of sowing is Bad, which can not be achieved precision seeding. Domestic and foreign scholars have done few studies of rice bud seedling planter,and the electromagnetic vibration rice bud planter can better meet the agronomic requirements. The former researches using seed plate vibration velocity as the factor to do performance test of the machine.And the obtained excellent combination is difficult for field operation. Therefore, considering the working conditions of the field planting seedlings,and doing test and optimization research of the operating parameters,which are easy to operate and adjust, is of great significance to promote the application of electromagnetic vibration rice bud planter. The paper using quadratic regression orthogonal rotary test methods, with the foot span as test conditions, the left and right side of the vibration seeding plate current, supply voltage, excitation frequency and tongue depressor height from the seed plate as the test factors,and the seeding weight per dish and the seeding passing rate as test indicators, doing physical tests. And at the same time, using multiple regression analysis methods, the mathematical model of each test factors with the seeding weight and passing rate were established.The paper analyzing the laws of the single and interaction of test factors to the seeding weight of per plate and passing rate, and using MATLAB software to optimize and verify the test factors.The result shows that,(1) the built mathematical models are with high precision;excitation frequency, current size and pressure tongue height from the plate have a major impact on the seeding weight and passing rate; voltage has a little affection; the feet span has a major impact on passing rate.(2) The optimal combination of the test factors:foot span of360cm, left current of1.41A, the right current of1.60A, the power supply voltage is11.4V, the vibration frequency to28Hz, the height of the tongue depressor to7.6mm.Under this condition,the passing rate is88.26%,which meets the agronomic requirements. |
