In the process of barley domestication,barley grains are divided into two categories: barley grains with lemon and barley grains without lemon.Therefore,barley grains are divided into barley grains and barley grains without lemon.This classification is closely related to dietary utilization.Barley is widely distributed throughout the world,and is more common in East Asian countries such as China,Korea and Japan,especially in Tibet and Nepal,India and Northern Pakistan.In order to further understand the structure and evolution of bare barley bark traits,three aspects were studied in this study.Firstly,using three pairs of barley barley barley as materials,the microstructure of barley barley husk-caryopsis interface was analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,and the material composition of interface adhesion was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Secondly,genetic diversity of barley materials was studied by ISSR and RADP molecular markers.Thirdly,NUD gene analysis of barley in different regions was carried out.The conclusions are as follows:1.Paraffin section and scanning electron microscopy showed that the interface between the outer layer of the barley and the caryopsis was tight,and there was a lipid layer with special composition.The boundary between the barley and the caryopsis was obvious and was in a discrete state.The results of GC-MS analysis showed that the multi-component lipids had less alkane content.2.The ISSR method analyzed 103 domestic and foreign bare barley materials.The results showed that Asia,especially China,had high genetic diversity,and the genetic diversity of bare barley was related to its geographical origin.RAPD molecular marker analysis of 67 Qinghai province(naked barley)materials,the genetic distance between varieties GD ranged from 0.4225 to 0.9718,with high genetic diversity.3.115 pieces of bare barley material,found that 7 pieces of naked barley material did not occur nud gene deletion phenomenon.Based on the above three aspects,it can be concluded that there is a clear boundary between the barley barley and the caryopsis.The bare barley in China,especially the barley,has a high genetic diversity,further confirming the non-deletion of the nud gene in bare barley.More support for barley is not a single source.The main findings of this study provide a good basis for future research on the nectar of the skin.
