Nepenthes with its unique ornamental and predatory peculiar become popular a kind of introduction and cultivation.A total of 118 species of Nepenthes,1 species native to China,is a foreign,and China to study late,so is still blank in cultivation technology,and its breeding research is even less.The present study shows that Nepenthes dioecious,difficult seed collection,and cutting propagation and rooting rate is low,long time,and through breeding method to make it to the market is not easy to quantify.Therefore,the optimization of cutting propagation technology system of Nepenthes,improve the rooting rate of cuttings of Nepenthes,shorten the rooting time,which has important research significance.This study selected N.ventricosa × alata and N.sibuyanensis × maxima pitcheras the experimental materials,analyzes the different air humidity,cutting matrix type,and auxin and hydrogen rich watereffect on Rooting of cuttings of nepenthes.The results are as follows:1.The effects of air humidity on the rooting of NepenthesAnalysis of the effect of air humidity of 65%,75%,85%,95% on the rooting of cuttings of Nepenthes,found under the the condition of 75% air humidity,cutting two Nepenthes rooting rate and germination rate index,root number and root length were the highest.2.The effects of cutting media on the rooting of NepenthesIn Sphagnum,Peat: Vermiculite=1:1,Peat: Akadama soil: Portland stone =1:1:1 three kinds of cutting medium,with Peat: Akadama soil: Portland stone =1:1:1 is the best cutting matrix,the indicators are higher than that of the control.3.The effects of NAA and IBA treatment on the rooting of NepenthesThe comparative experiments under different concentrations of hormones NAA and IBA,NAA is not suitable for cutting plant hormone.The N.ventricosa × alata IBA 200 mg/L cutting the highest germination rate was 52.78%,the largest number of roots,7 roots,the root length was 0.41 cm.The root length is IBA 150 mg/L and the length is 0.48 cm.N.sibuyanensis × maxima IBA 200 mg/L cutting Nepenthes rooting rate,germination rate,root length was the highest,which is 85.88%,54.64%,0.4 6 cm.IBA 50 mg/L,the largest number of roots was 14.22,while the IBA 200 mg/L root number is 12.89.The treatment of 200 IBA mg/L may be most suitable for plant rooting.4.The effects of Hydrogen-rich Water on the rooting of NepenthesHRW treatment can promote the plant rooting of cuttings,the rooting time shortened,but the reaction of different varieties of different concentration of HRW.The N.ventricosa × alata in 25% HRW treated cuttings rooting plant was the highest,while 15% HRW the germination rate,root number and root length was the best rooting time was shortest and the ratio of untreated 1/5 reduced the rooting time,recommend the use of 15% HRW for N.ventricosa × alata the cutting plant.N.sibuyanensis × maxima 50% HRW after processing the nepenthes gave the best result,the indicators have improved significantly,rooting rate,germination rate and root length is 1.5 times higher than that of the control,the number of roots increased nearly 5 times,and the rooting time compared with the control group decreased by 1/3,effectively improve the production efficiency and production quality.The hydrogen-rich water can promote the root growth of plant cuttings,and can significantly shorten the rooting time,improve production efficiency in the production process,and seedling quality.
