Study On Planning And Construction Of Coastal Shelterbelt System In Fuqing City

Fuqing,located in the southeast of Fuzhou,is an important economic zone in the southeast coastal area.As a coastal city in Fujian Province,the coastline brings opportunities for regional economic development,but its advantages and disadvantages depend on each other.Various natural disasters occur frequently,such as sandstorms,droughts and floods,especially rainstorms and typhoons in summer every year.The construction of coastal shelter forest is not only the need to build the ecological security barrier of Fuqing,but also the need to speed up the construction of ecological civilization in Fuqing.It has an indispensable significance in improving the ability of disaster prevention and resistance,maintaining the harmony and stability of the people and the safety of property life.However,the early coastal shelter forest construction in Fuqing lacked comprehensive,systematic and long-term planning due to various constraints.In recent years,with the continuous development of economy and society,human beings are not satisfied with the coastal shelter forest only playing the traditional functions of windbreak and sand fixation,soil and water conservation,but also hope to fully tap the landscape beautification value and ecological and economic benefits of coastal shelter forest.Therefore,it is necessary to plan and construct the coastal shelter forest system of Fuqing City in order to further optimize and give full play to the various benefits of coastal shelter forest.Taking coastal shelter forest in Fuqing City as the research object,this paper studies the present situation of the existing coastal shelter forest system in Fuqing City,points out the existing problems,and analyses the basic situation of the geographical environment,climatic conditions,socio-economic situation and urban development positioning of Fuqing City,based on landscape ecology,by using the methods of literature research,chart,comparison and analysis.According to the principle of ecosystem health,the coastal shelter forest system of Fuqing City is planned and specific construction measures are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In planning,the coastal shelter forest system of Fuqing City should be protected against harms.According to the characteristics of risk sources faced by different regional environments from coast to plain to inland mountainous areas,Fuqing City establishes different shelter forest functions.2.In the selection of tree species,local trees must be planted according to local conditions,and exotic fine trees should be selected appropriately.Avoid the problems of single species,poor stability of ecosystem and lack of good protection ability.3.In the construction of shelter forest,we should use mixed cross-planting method to scientifically allocate tree species and construct near-natural plant communities.4.Give full play to the landscape ecological benefits of coastal shelter forests and optimize the landscape layout to meet the requirements of building a new coastal city in Fuqing.Finally,based on the actual situation of Fuqing City,a series of safeguard measures are put forward for tending and protection after the construction of shelter forest system: first,organizational safeguard should be in place;second,financing should be flexible;third,scientific afforestation should be adhered to according to local conditions;fourth,strengthening forestry law enforcement;fifth,guiding public participation;sixth,strengthening the protection of mangroves;seventh,promoting protection through development.Protect.Based on the study of the current situation of coastal shelter forest in Fuqing and its planning and construction,this paper puts forward some suggestions for further optimization of the planning and construction of coastal shelter forest system in Fuqing,hoping to provide reference for the sustainable development of coastal shelter forest system in Fuqing.
