Planting insurance plays an important role in diversifying agricultural management risks and ensuring sustainable development of agriculture.However,due to lack of professional technical support,planting insurance at this stage requires a large number of insurance business personnel to conduct on-the-spot investigations,which makes insurance companies In the process of carrying out insurance work,it faces the problems of high cost and low efficiency.At the same time,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of underwriting land.It also makes the lack of scientific basis for the post-disaster losses,which ultimately leads to difficulties in accurate claims and attacks on farmers' enthusiasm for insurance.At the same time,due to the large amount of work carried out on farmland surveys,insurance companies inevitably have to invest a lot of manpower and material resources,which makes the operating costs of insurance companies continue to increase,so that they cannot fully utilize the production,life and services of farmers in the crop insurance industry."The role."Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual needs of the existing crop insurance business,this paper combines the Chinese Pacific Property Insurance Company e agricultural insurance project,using the drone technology as a new way of obtaining information for the crop industry insurance,in the early period of underwriting work,medium term Routine inspections and late claims are carried out by using drone flight operations to obtain image information,realizing a new mode of crop insurance based on drones,such as "insurance according to map","prevention according to map" and "compensation according to map".To meet the requirements of accurate insurance industry insurance,reasonable damage,and accurate claims,thereby improving the efficiency of insurance companies and reducing the operating costs of crop insurance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the problems existing in the current crop industry insurance business,and propose a planting insurance optimization plan based on drone flight operations;(2)Complete the construction of the drone aerial photography system,including the flight platform,flight control system,image transmission system,power system,camera pan/tilt selection,and complete the overall assembly work.UAV flight operations were carried out in Xinba Town,Haizhou District,Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,and Banyu Township,Guangnan County,Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan Province,to collect farmland pictures;(3)Processing the continuous aerial image acquired by the drone,using the Pix4Dmapper software for aerial triangulation,and generating a digital surface model(DSM)and a digital orthophoto map(DOM).Use the vector diagram to calculate the farmland area.Comparing the traditional manual collection method with the accuracy and economy of the UAV based aerial acquisition method,the results show that the relative error of the results calculated based on the orthophoto image of the UAV is the smallest;in economics,the cost of the traditional manual method It is about 63.1 yuan/mu,and the cost of the drone is about 6.7 yuan/mu,and the time required to use the drone for flight operations is shorter and more efficient.In the case of a large area of underwriting,the use of drones for work has significant advantages;(4)Propose a new mode of crop insurance based on the "insurance according to the map" and "compensation according to the map" based on the flight operations of the drone.Applying drone technology to the field of crop insurance can improve the accuracy of farmers' farmland,and insurance companies can effectively avoid the risk of underwriting caused by information asymmetry.It can improve the efficiency of insurance companies in insurance claims.And paying accuracy,The farmland image information obtained through the drone flight operation can provide a scientific basis for the government and insurance companies to analyze and judge the severity of the disaster and the loss of crops.
