Research On Meteorological Disaster In The Corn Producing Areas Of Norhteast China And Corn Planting Insurance

Because of the rapid development of the global economy,the continuous increase of the population,and the global warming environment,the agricultural plantation which "depends on the day to eat" have become more and more difficult.In this way,the food production on which humans rely has been affected to varying degrees.Developing science and new varieties plants to prevent disasters are the main means,but it is also important to deal with the losses caused by meteorological disasters to farmers.In recent years insurance as a means of risk transferred has gradually attracted the attention of the entire society.It has been proved the necessity and feasibility of insurance products from the policy-based agricultural insurance before to the current government subsidies and some commercial insurance.But how to balance the interests of the insurer and the insured farmer is one of the urgent problems at present.The spatial distribution of heat index and heat index;spatial distribution of water requirements,effective precipitation and frequency of droughts and waterlogging can be got based on the meteorological monitoring data of 48 weather stations in the Northeast region of50 a.Empirical orthogonal function and linear orientation analysis are used to judge the meteorological characteristics of each station and to roughly predict the basic trend of the main meteorological indicators in the future.In the process,the risk indexes are found,the risk survey table is designed and the risk level is classified by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.A more objective risk level is obtained according to the above conclusions,combined with experts ' scores.And then combined with the basic insurance clauses of corn planting insurance on the market,the rates,deductible amounts,and insurance amounts are set to achieve the ultimate purpose of combining risk and insurance.Make the insurance plan tailor-made and more scientific and reasonable.Finally,the rate,deductible amount and insurance amount of Chaoyang City are given in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province as an example.
