Alginate oligosaccharides?AOS?is a novel multifunctional plant regulator. To clarify effects of AOS on wheat yield and grain quality,a field experiment was conduced in20172018 at the Wugong Experimental station of the Northwest A&F University, the new wheat variety Nongda 1108 was used as the material,We used the split zone design with different growth stages of wheat?greening stage, jointing stage and booting stage?.Spraying different concentrations of sodium alginate oligosaccharides(0 mg·kg-1?CK?,25 mg·kg-1,50 mg·kg-1,100 mg·kg-1)to study The effects of plant height on net height, functional leaf net photosynthetic rate?Pn?,yield and grain quality. The theory of enriching sodium alginate oligosaccharides in wheat high-yield optimization provides a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of sodium alginate oligosaccharides in field production. The test results are as follows:1.The sodium alginate oligosaccharides had a significant effect on wheat plant height and inverted leaf area. The plant height at jointing stage was significantly increased by4.3%8.0%compared with the CK,and 25 mg·kg-11 alginate oligosaccharide treatment was significantly increased by 3.6 cm?8.0%?as compared with CK.The area of inverted leaf of25 mg·kg-11 sodium alginate oligosaccharide in different growth stages increased by 1.2cm23.9 cm2?16.8%22.0%?,respectivelycompared with CK.2.The sodium alginate oligosaccharide can significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate of functional leaves of wheat. The net photosynthetic rate?Pn?of the inverted leaf and the inverted second leaf was increased by 13.4%31.2%and25.1%177.8%at the jointing stage, especially at the jointing stage of 25 mg·kg-1.The net photosynthetic rate?Pn?of the inverted leaf and the inverted second leaf increased by 31.2%and 108.9%,respectively compared with CK.3.The sodium alginate oligosaccharide has a certain yield increase effect, increasing yield by 0.1%4.1%.The jointing stage yield increased by-5.5%4.1%compared with the CK.Among them, spraying 25 mg·kg-11 alginate oligosaccharide increased the yield significantly, increasing yield by 324.0 kg·hm-2,increasing yield by 324.0 kg·hm-2?4.1%?,respectively compared with CK;the yield increased by 0.7%3.0%and 0.1%1.2%during the regreening and booting stages, but the difference between treatments was not significantthe yield increased by 0.7%3.0%and 0.1%1.2%during the regreening and booting stages. The effect of the sodium alginate oligosaccharide on the yield components of wheat mainly affected the number of kernels per spike. The number of spikelets at jointing stage increased by-8.9%5.0%,the effect of 25 mg·kg-1at jointing stage was the most significant, and the number of spikelets increased by 5.0%as compared with the CK.The number of panicles and 1000-grain weight effects are not significant.4.The spraying of sodium alginate oligosaccharide on the leaf surface at jointing stage had a significant effect on the grain hardness of wheat, and had no significant effect on the bulk density, processing quality and nutritional quality index. The grain hardness of jointing stage increased by 0.6%4.2%compared with the CK.The 25 mg·kg-1alginate oligosaccharide treated seeds of hardness increased HI?56.83?by 4.2%,compared with CK.
