In this study,six dryland wheat cultivars were selected as the research materials.Selenium was provided to wheat by foliar spraying of selenium-enriched plant nutrients at the anthesis to study the effects of selenium-enriched plant nutrient on wheat grain selenium content and yield.Its compositional factors,flag leaf net photosynthetic rate and grain quality influence.It provides the basis for increasing the selenium content of wheat grain and screening strong selenium-enriched wheat varieties.The results showed that spraying selenium on different dryland wheat varieties from booting to flowering stage can significantly increase the content of selenium in grains,and there are great differences among varieties.Spraying selenium has no significant effect on yield,structure and grain quality of different varieties.The specific results are as follows:1.Foliar application of wheat selenium-enriched plant nutrients can increase the net photosynthetic rate of wheat flag leaves,with different performance among varieties.Among them,the net photosynthetic rate of flag leaves of Nongda 5181 and Changhang1 increased significantly and increased by 3.457 ?mol CO2m-2s-1and 2.287?mol CO2m-2s-1,as compared with the control,respectively;Zhongmai 175,Changhan 58,Xinong 151 and Tongmai 6 had lower net photosynthetic rate than the control,with an average decrease of 3.977?mol CO2m-2s-1,with an average reduction of 13.0%.2.Foliar application of selenium-enriched plant nutrients has no significant effect on wheat yield and its constituent factors.On average,the yield of the six wheat varieties decreased by 262.84 kg·hm-2,which was a decrease of 0.8%.There are certain differences among varieties,among which,Xinong 151 showed an increase in yield,which was161.3kg·hm-2,an increase of 2.9%,compared with the control;Zhongmai 175,Changhan 58,Tongmai 6,Nongda 5181 and Changhang 1 All five varieties showed a reduction in yield,which was an average reduction of 424.13 kg·hm-2,as compared with the control,with an average reduction of 1.5%.The number of spikelets and 1000-grain weight of 6 wheat cultivars increased by an average of 0.83 and 0.32 g compared with the control,with an increase of 3.4% and 0.8%,respectively.3.Foliar application of selenium-enriched plant nutrients in wheat can significantly increase the selenium content of wheat grain,with significant differences among varieties.The grain selenium content of the six wheat cultivars increased by 792.6%~1353.5%compared with the control.Among them,Xinong 151 was the most significant,which was0.478 mg/kg higher than the control,with an increase of 1353.5%;Tongmai 6 had the smallest increase,0.3948 mg/kg more than the control,an increase of 792.6%;Nongda 5181,Zhongmai 175,The contents of selenium in grains of Changhan 58 and Changhang 1increased by 0.4003mg/kg,0.4841mg/kg,0.4952mg/kg,and 0.5591mg/kg,respectively,in increments of 1018.9%,1077.4%,1145.1% and 1180.6%.4.Foliar spraying of selenium-enriched plant nutrients had no significant effect on the nutritional quality,milling quality and food processing quality of wheat.After spraying foliar wheat with selenium-enriched plant nutrients,the grain hardness,stabilization time,sedimentation value,maximum tensile resistance and maximum stretching area of the six wheat varieties increased,as compared with the control,and increased in turn by 0.8%,0.14 min,and 0.06 ml.For 4.17 B.U and 1.45cm2,the increase was 1.1%,1.9%,0.2%,1.4% and2.4% in turn;the grain protein content,bulk density,wet gluten content,and water absorption rate were all decreased compared with the control,decreasing 0.02%,0.23%,and 0.3 g·L-1and 0.06%,followed by 0.2%,0.7%,0.04%,and 0.1%.
