From September 2016 to July 2017,at the Yongshou Dry Farming Experimental Station of Northwest A&F University,the wheat variety Zhongmai 175 was used as a material,and the split-zone test was adopted to design the plant.During the returning green stage,jointing stage and booting stage Different concentrations of alginate oligosaccharides were sprayed on the surface to study the effects of different treatments on the net photosynthetic rate,yield and its constituent factors,and grain quality of functional leaves.The results showed that spraying25 mg/kg alginate oligosaccharide on the foliar stage to the booting stage had significant effect on yield increase,and improved the nutrition and milling quality of the grain to some extent.details as follows:1.Foliar application of sodium alginate oligosaccharides can significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate of Zhongmai 175 flag leaf,and different treatments have different effects in different periods.With the increase of alginate oligosaccharide concentration,the net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf showed a decreasing trend.Among them,25mg/kg sodium alginate oligosaccharide treatment significantly increased,42.1% more than the control,50mg/kg sodium alginate oligosaccharide treatment than the control a 3.1% reduction,the100mg/kg sodium alginate oligosaccharide was reduced by 12.1% compared to the control.Therefore,the optimum concentration of sodium alginate oligosaccharides on the flag leaf photosynthesis of Zhongmai 175 was 25mg/kg.2.Foliar application of alginate oligosaccharides had a significant effect on the yield of Zhongmai 175.The yield increase effect decreased with the increase of alginate oligosaccharide concentration.25mg/kg,50mg/kg,and 100mg/kg alginate oligosaccharides increased by 5.9%,2%,and-11.5% in comparison with the control,with 25mg/kg alginate oligosaccharides being sprayed to increase the yield.Foliar application of sodium alginate oligosaccharides had different effects on the different components of yield,but there was no significant difference in the number of panicles between different treatments,but there were significant differences between grains per spike and 1000-grain weight.The treatment can significantly increase the number of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight of Zhongmai 175.The effect of 25mg/kg sodium alginate oligosaccharide was most significant,which was 6.2%and 7.6% higher than that of the control,and 50mg/kg sodium alginate was compared with the control respectively.With an increase of 3% and 5%,sodium alginate at 100mg/kg increased by 0.4% and-2.4% over the control,respectively.3.Foliar application of sodium alginate oligosaccharides can improve the nutritional quality and milling quality of Zhongmai 175 with no significant effect on processing quality.Foliar application of 100 mg/kg sodium alginate oligosaccharide increased grain protein content by 0.8 percentage points,25mg/kg alginate oligosaccharide significantly increased grain bulk density,which was 3.3 percentage points higher than that of the control;50mg/kg of alginic acid sodium oligosaccharide had a certain effect on the grain hardness,which was2% higher than the control.Spraying alginate oligosaccharides had no significant effect on wet gluten content,sedimentation value,maximum stretch area,maximum stretch resistance,settling time,water absorption,and other quality indicators.
