Seed producers and seed users are paying more and more attention to seed quality.Seed vigor is one of the important indicators to measure seed quality.High-vigorous seeds are an important guarantee for crops to achieve high yield and stable yield.In this experiment,100wheat varieties(lines)were used as test materials,and the standard germination test,artificial accelerated aging test and conductivity measurement were used to determine the germination potential,germination rate,seedling dry weight,germination index and vigor index of wheat seeds.And the activity index such as conductivity of the leachate was measured,and the correlation between each vitality index and the grain traits and quality indicators was analyzed to clarify the difference of seed vigor of different wheat varieties,and the high and low vigor wheat were screened.Variety,provide reference for the breeding of new high-vigor wheat varieties.The research results are as follows:(1)The variation degree of each vitality index under the standard germination test is different,the coefficient of variation of the vitality index is the largest(17.37%),the coefficient of variation of the germination rate is the smallest(3.17%),and the vitality index(except the germination rate)There was a significant positive correlation.The correlation coefficient between seedling dry weight and vigor index was 0.706,and the correlation degree was higher.According to the comprehensive performance of each vitality index under standard germination test,wheat varieties were divided into IV categories,and the second category accounted for the tested materials.61%(maximum),germination potential was96.14%,germination rate was 97.58%,seedling dry weight was 0.0150g,germination index was 42.55,and vigor index was 0.64.(2)The coefficient of variation of each vitality index under artificial accelerated aging test is different,the coefficient of variation of vigor index is 82.75%(maximum),the coefficient of variation of dry weight of seedlings is 32.75%(minimum);There was a significant positive correlation.The vitality index was highly correlated with germination potential,germination rate,seedling dry weight,germination index and vigor index.The correlation coefficients were 0.939,0.902,0.913,0.947,respectively.According to the aging test,the vitality indexes were tested.The comprehensive performance divided the wheat varieties into Class IV.The Class III accounted for 44%(maximum)of the tested materials,the germination potential was 17.14%,the germination rate was 19.45%,the seedling dry weight was 0.0121g,and the germination index was 6.21.Is 0.08.The coefficient of variation of conductivity after aging is 38.97%,which is larger than the coefficient of variation of conductivity before aging(21.50%).The conductivity before and after aging is significantly negatively correlated with the activity index under aging germination test;The wheat cultivars were classified into V types after aging.The conductivity of pre-aging materials II and III accounted for 54%(maximum)of the tested materials,and the conductivity was concentrated at 11.50-16.43μS·cm-1·g-1.Conductivity After aging,Groups III and IV accounted for 54%(maximum)of the tested materials,and the conductivity was concentrated at 33.17-58.96μS·cm-1·g-1.(3)The coefficient of variation of 1000-grain weight in wheat grain traits is 15.33%(maximum).The coefficient of variation of aspect ratio is 7.97%(minimum);the coefficient of variation of sedimentation value in quality index is 18.51%(maximum),and the coefficient of variation of starch dry basis is 2.02%.(minimum),grain traits and quality indicators are not related to each vitality index.(4)Select the germination potential,germination index and vigor index under the standard germination test;the vigor index under the aging germination test;the six vitality indexes of the conductivity(before and after aging),the test materials are divided into V categories,Class I accounted for 11%of the tested materials,Class II accounted for 37%of the tested materials,Class III accounted for 3%of the tested materials,Class IV accounted for 35%of the tested materials,and Class V accounted for the tested materials.14%of the11th materials of Class I have the highest seed vigor:Xiongnong 2000,Xi Nong 3399,Huai Mai 32,Huai Mai 13608,Xiaoyan 269,Xigao 3,Xi Nong 857,and Ken Xing 5,Yangmai20,Mangmai,Zhengyin No.1;14th material of Class V has the lowest seed vigor:black yew,Beijing 837,Zhoumai 20,Giorgio 446,SPANISH D188,Shunmai 10,Ruihua Mai 520,Chuanmai 42,Mao Ying Afu,RUSSIA,Nongyou No.9,Pu Bing 202,Fan Mai No.8,and buckwheat 6010.
