Investigation On Species Of Parasitic Wasps And Community Diversity Of The Leaf Miner In Central And Western Jilin Province

This paper conducted a preliminary study on species of parasitic and community diversity of the leaf miner parasitoids in central and western part of Jilin Province.In 2017 and 2018,a total of 3096 specimens of leaf miner parasitoids were collected from Baicheng City,Changchun City,Songyuan City and Siping City in the western part of Jilin Province.The results of classification are mainly as follows:1.There are 4 families including Eulophidae,Pteromalidae,Eucoilidae and Braconidae,15 genera and 20 species of leaf miner parasitoids in central and western part of Jilin Province.2.A compilation of species of the leaf miner parasitoids in central and western part of Jilin Province was compiled.3.The identification characteristics of the genus involved in this experiment as well as the identification characteristics and biological characteristics of the species were summarized.And describe the types involved and the classification features with each species.The results of biodiversity research are mainly:1.The quantitative structure and dominant populations of the leaf miner parasitoids in differ ent parts of central and western Jilin Province are different but not large.The number of indivi duals of the leaf miner parasitoids in Changchun is generally higher than that of the other three r egions in Jilin Province.The quantitative structure and community composition vary from regio n to region.2.There are significant differences in the quantitative structure and dominant populations of the leaf miner parasitoids between different host plants.The number of parasitic wasps produce d by weed host plants is significantly more than the other two major types of host plants.The do minant populations between the various host plants are also different.3.There are also differences in the community structure of the leaf miner parasitoids in different parts of central and western Jilin Province.Among the four regions of Chan gchun,Baicheng,Siping and Songyuan,Songyuan has the highest species richness,indicatin g that Songyuan is rich in species.However,Changchun's diversity index and evenness in dex are the largest,which proves that the competition between the parasitic wasps of Cha ngchun's leaf miner is smaller and the community is in a more stable state.4.There are also significant differences in the structure of the leaf miner's parasitic wasp am ong different host plants.Weed host plants have the highest abundance,indicating that the parasitic wasp species collected by weed host plants are abundant,followed by vegetables and flowers.
