At present,the level of modernization,intellectualization and informatization of agricultural greenhouse in China is still low.The way and effect of grasping the environmental conditions such as temperature,humidity,illumination and carbon dioxide concentration in greenhouse are rather extensive and primitive,which is not conducive to plant growth and greenhouse management.In view of this,a greenhouse environmental monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is designed in this paper,which realizes real-time monitoring and intelligent management of environmental parameters of agricultural greenhouse.After analyzing the system requirement and data flow between systems,the structure functions of acquisition control layer,transmission layer and application layer are designed respectively.The acquisition control layer constructs an acquisition module with STM32 and environmental sensors as the core to collect six environmental parameters in real time,including air temperature and humidity,soil temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide concentration and light intensity,and this layer depends on electrical control module with PLC as core to control greenhouse environment.The acquisition nodes are networked by RS-485 bus and run as master-slave nodes.The transmission layer runs through DTU trench.Through the bottom and upper devices,the real-time data of the acquisition layer is received by serial communication,and the data is uploaded to the application layer server by GPRS communication.The application layer receives data through BlockingQueue in producer/consumer model.Besides this layer uses B/S architecture to design and develop the Web application,and Bootstrap framework to develop the functional interface,which enables the system to support the responsive layout to adapt to different terminal devices and MySQL.For the database management system,the function modules of the system are developed in Java language,including real-time data query,historical data query,greenhouse,collection node,sensor information management,WebGIS information query,user login and account management.After system debugging and running test,the greenhouse environment monitoring electrical system based on IOT designed in this paper meets the design objective.The system runs stably and realizes the comprehensive and accurate acquisition of six environmental parameters in the greenhouse.Electrical control operates steadily.DTU signals are good and data transmission is stable and reliable.The application function of the Web system is normal,the operation is simple,the compatibility is good and it supports the desktop and the mobile terminal as well as many kinds of browsers.
