Video monitoring of forest fire is an infrastructure and an important part of forest fire prevention work.Only by noticing the fire situation in a timely manner,then accurately locating the fire site and being informed of the situation in real time,can the corresponding prevention and control measures be taken promptly,and the rescue operations be organized to fight the fire effectively to reduce the degree of fire hazards.Because different areas have different landforms and forest types,in order to improve the monitoring efficiency and reduce the construction cost,it is necessary to select a reasonable site and layout for the video monitoring and control points,and evaluate the layout scheme through scientific and objective methods,reducing the effort to further optimize and adjust the layout scheme.In this paper we take Laoshan district,Qingdao as the research area.On the basis of conduting a comprehensive investigation on the current video monitoring construction status of forests in the research area,and obtaining DEM data in the research area,we applied GIS spatial analysis method,on-site exploration method and AHP method,etc.,we choose and arrange points from the remote video monitoring points on mountains and key fire prevention area video monitory points,and build evaluation index system of forest fire prevention to evaluate layout scheme.The specific research is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the arrangements of video monitoring points for forest fire prevention,according to the principles of scientism,hierarchy and comparability,11 evaluation indexes were determined from the aspects of single point monitoring efficiency,overall monitoring efficiency and construction cost,and AHP was used to establish the hierarchical structure evaluation model for the reasonable layout of video monitoring points for forest fire prevention.After inviting experts to scale,the reasonable layout evaluation index system of video monitoring point for forest fire prevention was constructed through yaahp software calculation.(2)The mountain remote video monitoring points layout research,rely mainly on ArcGIS software,and DEM data,we do a series of spatial analysis in the studied area,extract potential operations such as the top point and eliminate pseudo peak point,and then by human picking,combining visible field analysis results and the actual situation,the adjusted final layout results are obtained.(3)the selection and layout of video monitoring points in key fire prevention areas.Firstly,through discussion with local fire prevention staff and research on the occurrence pattern of forest fire in the research area,the key areas are defined,and then field investigation and site selection are carried out one by one.The final layout plan of video monitoring points for forest fire prevention promoted the overall monitoring coverage rate of the study area from 14.2%to 80.4%,and comprehensively monitored all the key fire prevention areas such as cemeteries,famous and ancient trees and the entrance of important forest regions.Through the evaluation index system established in this paper,the evaluation results of the scheme by means of expert scoring show that the scheme is highly reasonable and has certain practical application value.
